Proximity to the airport, price

The mattress in the first room we were put in had a bad odor that I noticed whenever we were in the bed. Finally I decided to find it, I pulled back the sheets and found it was coming from a big yellow pee stain near the headboard. It was under the sheets and on visible on a mattress protector. It smelled like dog pee to be specific, and the smell was really strong to the point that I almost vomited when I pulled the sheets back. We went to the desk to ask for a new room and staff didn't want to believe us at first. The woman argued there are no dogs allowed, the smell must be coming from the floor, not the bed, but after insisting there was indeed a stinking yellow pee stain on the mattress, they moved us to a new room. Then staff just covered up the pee mattress with new sheets for the next guest to experience. We know because we forgot some food in the fridge and were let back in to look for it and the bed had simply been remade, I pulled back the same corner and smelled and saw the same pee stain. If you stay here don't let them put you in room 114, they clearly have no concerns about putting people on a pee soaked mattress and are going to keep doing it. I did write the GM about this (you can't leave a voice mail, so email is the only option). That was a week ago and I still haven't gotten a response.

Close to lax airport so ideal for stopover. Reception staff most helpful. Room well appointed with a very comfortable bed n good sized bathroom. Ten minute walk to several food places n large Ralph supermarket

Airport shuttle went missing for awhile on pick up Plus crazy traffic around airport didn’t help.

Sauber und gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Seife/Dusch). Shuttle am Morgen hat gut geklappt.

Kissen waren mir zu dick. Die Dame mit den roten Haaren am Empfang schien mir nicht allzu freundlich. Schade is der Shuttle nur zu gewissen Zeiten verfügbar.

Prima verblijf dichtbij LAX, kwartiertje rijden vanaf Rental Cars Alamo. Nette kamer, uitstekend bed/hoge matrassen, koelkast, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat met koffiecups. Fraaie badkamer met toebehoren. Kortom, een aanbeveling.

Close to LAX. Inside room modern fitout, comfortable bed and good quality pillows and linen.

Location is a bit dodgy after dark. Soundproofing of rooms is poor. Can hear people outside, beside you and above you. So don't expect to fall asleep until everyone around you wants to settle in too.

Il servizio pulizia camera e cambio asciugamani era indicato ogni 3 giorni come da scritto appeso in bagno, ma siamo rimasti 6 giorni sempre con gli stessi. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla reception e ci è stato detto che è un servizio su richiesta🙄 siamo rimasti senza parole
