My family and I arrived at this hotel with reservations. Once we got to this location they saod they were overbooked and didn’t have any double room beds to accommodate my family. We were all exhausted and preparing to lay my mother to rest the next day. Definitely will not book here or recommend anyone booking here

Great location

Stains on carpet, tub, sink, everywhere. Flees and fireflies in the room. Terrible experience

transient, someone tried to open my door one night, the next day in the morning the GRA almost walked in at 7 am, when I confronted her she stated I wasn’t supposed to be in the room, in reality I had the room until 11am.

I liked how close it was to Ralph’s and Starbucks.

The room was not properly cleaned, there were small hairs on the towels and bathroom floor, the drawers were dirty and it has crumbs of some sort. There was a lot of dust under the bed and even a spider on the ac. We tried to use the stove but it wouldn’t even spark. The room has a cigarette smell even though it strictly says “no smoking” .

Very quite and the location is great with all restaurants and grocery store on the property

Initially, I was put in room 310 but I requested a different room because the phone cord did not fit into the wall because it was damaged. There was no hot water and the carpet smelled of old, wet pet hair and smoke. The fixtures in the bathroom needs to be updated. I did love how the staff immediately responded to my issue and changed me to a room without carpet and there were no pet or smoke odors. I can't recall the young lady's name who helped me move my items to a different room but she and Joshua were exceptionally friendly, pleasant, efficient and professional. Their positive attitude is the primary reason that I would consider staying here again but definitely not in a carpeted room. The housekeeper also does a great job keeping the rooms clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the heating system was great, the neighbors were quiet, it is in the perfect location with a Ralph's supermarket less than 100 feet away, In and Out burger and El Pollo across the street, convenience stores and Manhattan Beach/ Redondo beach is only a few blocks; LAX approximately 2 miles but in Los Angeles traffic, make that 30 minutes

I didn't like the carpet and I don't particular like the shower heads because they don't allow one to turn off/pause in order to conserve water.

Room was clean and quiet. It was nice location, off of PCH/Sepulvuda. Conveniently next door to Ralph's Supermarket and across from strip mall of restaurants/businesses. We used bus/rail to get around. Bus stop for 232 right in front of hotel (took it from LAX city bus terminal) and same bus goes up and down PCH to Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach area. Down at end of long block on Mariposa is the Green Line C for MetroRail (not many riders, do not use alone at night). Note of caution, all areas on inner blocks off PCH are very lonely, desolate after 7 pm since they are all business warehouses/headqtrs. Advise to walk with other people, not alone.

Housekeeping did not come in to straighten up room during my 2 day stay at all. But understandably, I realize the hotel was fully booked and critical staff were still short due to pandemic. Breakfast was just coffee and muffin/cereal bar setup in lobby, so don't expect much. It was quieter area than I expected since mostly businesses off main drag. Definitely walk and travel in groups if possible, especially if you are using public transportation.
