We had tons of roaches in our room. There we even some in the bed while we were sleeping!!!!

Staff, the receptionist was rude, not aware of consumer rights or what is advertised on the website. Asked for a room on the ground floor, on the website in initial booking and also at check in, was told yes that was available and was then given a room on the 2nd floor. Towels were dirty, and some well worn Bathroom old tap leaked that much that the shower only had 20% pressure, they did fix it on second day when we left I was in need to use the toilet when we arrived after an 8hr drive and was told the toilet in front office did I not work, no sign but had barriers up in other areas, felt like I was not a client just trying too use the toilet. I had to go to fuel station down the road. We should have left then but had booked on line and could not afford loosing our money. My wife was asked to leave her Id (passport) to be able to use a hair dryer which should come with the room. There was no facilities to make a cup of tea in the room nor in the lobby.

Location was under construction so nothing as far as breakfast was available
