Location was perfect, beachfront in tower 3. Several pools, arcade, fire pits at night, bar, etc.

Not me ch that I didn’t like. A couple of large palmetto bugs found in the room although I know this is common in the south.

Clean. Comfy bed. Spacious

No chair and umbrella were included. We had to rent and pay extra.

We love the Wyndham resort. It’s clean , safe and staff are friendly and helpful. The property has tons of amenities and the beach is fantastic. Very relaxing and family friendly.

The parking could be better but not but not bad enough to keep us from returning every summer.

I can’t say because after booking and paying for my trip months in advance I arrived to checkin and found out that they overbooked and I had nowhere to stay.

The lack of care I received from staff with the inconvenience that was caused and all the money I had to pay to stay somewhere else which I could not afford to do.

Th high pressure pitch to attend a time share presentation and being charged $40, but told it would be refunded if attended or if appt cancelled. Was NOT told this would be forfeited if appt cancelled. Deceptive practice that put a damper on entire stay.

My room had roaches

I liked that it is a distance from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk and is still on the beach. Very family oriented location and activities.

The onsite restaraunt is part of the bar and was not very family friendly, but there are good places to eat nearby.

my access to our room was shut off while we walked on the beach. check out was at 10 it was 8:30z

Maintenance man insisted it was the lock mechanism on the door yet a bellhop opened it with a card.

Parking was a hassle. Not enough spaces for facility

Some construction was going on in the room next to mine. Very noisy, and they worked past a decent time.

apparently wrist bands were important to have. we checked in and they said the person we needed to see had gone home. came back next morning after getting a note on our door to pick them up, told person wasn’t in yet. came back later, person was gone again. gave up on wrist bands. don’t really know what we needed them for anyway.
