Location was in a nice and view from room was good

We honestly couldn’t wait to leave. The intake/registration area was so unorganized. Room smelled like cigarettes and we immediately complained about it and their solution was to send someone to spray our room with homemade air freshener. Room was tinier than expected. Parking was annoying. Fighting to get the best parking spots and the parking garage was across from the hotel so crossing a busy street was a hassle with a baby. We were harassed for 2 nights straight by a group of teenagers beating on our door, running and yelling up the hallways late at night. Nothing was done about it until the 2nd night. The manager sent the security guard to our floor for a bit to make sure we weren’t bothered anymore. Literally anyone and everyone was able to come into the pool area. Nobody checked for wristbands and the gate was open the whole time so non-guests came in and overcrowded pool area. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. The first night we arrived, we went to the restaurant but immediately left not long after being seated because they gave us a high chair that was covered in what looked like dried up ranch. We did try to give the restaurant a 2nd chance a different night and our waitress would disappear for long periods of time. I ordered prime rib and mashed potatoes and it was so dry and chewy and just plain gross. I didn’t even take but 3 bites. My husband threw up his meal not long after. He had the shrimp Alfredo. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE GOOD REVIEWS. This was the WORST vacation I have ever had and we will NEVER return!!!

Good location to beach and all it provides

My kids loved the pools.

Nothing everything was wonderful.

The layout, the view, the pools, the lounge, and the staff.

The dining room/ buffet because the wait time was too long and the food options were too limited for what we paid.

Great staff,great view,great food,in walking distance of some of the great places to enjoy like Fat Harold’s .

Room service...space...clean.. friendly staff

The resort was beautiful and clean. The best part was the staff. They couldn't have been any more friendlier and helpful. They truly put the guest first. They would go out of their way to make sure everything was going good and still offer more.

The parking garage is kind of tight. Not a lot a room for mid size to larger vehicles. Still, I was always able to find somewhere to park and the staff at the resort was there to shuttle guest back and forth on golf carts. On our first day, after we checked in we decided to go back out to town to pick up a few things. A gentleman by the name of Cornelius held the hotel door open for us. Insisted on giving us a ride to our vehicle and gave me his card and said that when you get close to getting back. Give me a call and I will be waiting to care you back over to the hotel. Great, Great staff. I truly can't say enough.

Staff was wonderful. Enjoyed the entire resort. Rooms were clean.

Parking was not great. Parking across street seemed like it was hassle to go anywhere. Garage was more like a one lane road that seemed problematic at times with oncoming traffic. Also seemed like all chairs at pool had towel on them to save by 9 am even though no one out there. That is not hotel fault though
