The stay was good. It was clean and quiet.

There was only one elevator working, it was difficult for the one’s who were on a schedule and also for the one’s who have medical issues.

It was clean, just old and in need of updates.

It could really use some updating and the parking deck was a nightmare. We didn’t know until we checked out that there was a parking area across the street, but even that was a small lot that looked pretty bad and unsafe. The Wi-Fi was off the majority of our stay. If you visit, please note that due to the layout of the rooms the noise in the hall will be directly beside your pillow while you sleep. We had one little girl whose parents let her stand in the hallway at 7am and sing and chatted at the top of her lungs for about 20 minutes one morning. The hallway and bedroom share a wall. Through poor planning, that wall is the one where they placed the head of each bed, so she came through loud and clear.

We didn't even get to stay at this hotel. We got there and said it was over booked so between talking to the manager and talking to Captivia for 4 hours they finally found us another room that was not beach side and was NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR!! VERY UNPLEASENT EXPERIENCE. We traveled for almost 10 hours to find out that our rooms We had already paid for was booked to someone else!! I mean who does someone like this?!?!

It was at the beach. The staff was fairly friendly, however we only saw staff a couple of times during our stay.

Complaints as follows: 1)Smoke alarm didn't seem to be fully operational (battery door was stuck open and continuously chirped when closed) 2)Smoke alarm wasn't securely mounted upon our arrival. As a firefighter, these are the 2 biggest problems with the trip. 3)The TV in the living room turned on but couldn't change the channels, leaving us to stay in the bedroom most of our stay. 4)The reason for this trip was to relax after working 21 days straight at 3 different jobs, which didn't happen Due to construction noise from adjacent rooms (above) and hearing every unexplained noise in the whole building all hrs of the night. 5)Ice maker didn't truly make ice until day#3, but we didn't need it after that. 6)Although the bed was fairly comfortable, the furniture, appliances, and atmosphere of the room were very outdated. Peeling ceiling plaster, carpet wasn't cut correctly to accommodate floor surface power outlets, lamps, and alarm clock are in need of modern technology updates. The dresser drawers didn't open or close correctly or easily. The stove looked extremely unsafe to be in a high-rise building. Lighting was less than desirable in the bedroom. Tvs were oddly small as compared to other venues that we've visited. The shower had almost no pressure and outdated accessories for the tub/shower. We didn't even bother to use the tub/jets. 7)The guests "value coupons" and local attraction information brochures in the room were outdated and not accurate. That's not a big deal, but it would be helpful to have current special deals, attractions, and events.
