The staff gave us an early check-in which was much appreciated because we had driven for four hours. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was well furnished. The room was clean but the carpet seemed to need a good steaming.

The parking was expensive. The breakfast was a huge let down; it was basically the same thing over and over. It was okay the first day, but by day 3, I didn't even bother with it.

The room was spacious and clean. The distance to city activities was very convenient. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful, generally. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was generally good.

The room smelt musty. The air conditioning wasn't functional and at times the room was hot. Front desk receptionist was not helpful and did not greet us as if we were guests upon our arrival( we arrived about 9pm on August 3rd). She seemed bothered to answer questions. The parking rate is too high for guests.

The squeaky bed every time you slightly move. The creaking floors with every step above and below. The nonstop 2 barking pit bulls for over 12 hrs for 2 days! Next to my room!

Excellent value for location, size of room and free breakfast. Nice room size and adequately furnished. Kitchen suite was very convenient and would make longer stays easier. Good variety for breakfast.

I was not aware of the parking garage fee which was moderately expensive at $19.95/night. We had a longer stay so that was reduced to $10/night. However, I was traveling with my elderly mother and direct access from the parking garage level to our room floor made for a very convenient and short walk with her limited mobility. Another plus is that it seemed quite secure.

Really helpful staff sorted out noisy room issue very quickly and efficiently. Extremely helpful with transport issue when we discovered taxis really are not a normal mode of transport in. Dallas

Very noisy first allocated room next to freeway and very badly installed double glazing. Tired building needs renovation.

Very clean hotel lobby and room. Everyone we met at the front desk was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The gated parking garage was worth the extra fee.

Make sure patrons know that the parking fee is extra. I somehow missed that while booking.
