Front desk were friendly, the room was very clean, will stay there again if need be. Easy access to the highway.

Kind of noisy up to around 11-11:30 but then quieter as the night went along.

Ease of access

There were now towels in any of the 3 rooms we booked, no washclothes either. Manager would disappear from the desk and not show back up for 20-25 minutes. First floor seemed to be reserved for druggies. Lighting fixtures were rusted, a/c was overworked.

It is an old facility. Needs updated especially the bathroom.

The breakfast was good.

I was unable to get enough clean wash clothes and towels for my family of four. The toilet was working not working properly. The shower /bathroom needs remodeling was not as clean as it should have been. And there was no trash cans in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very good and so was the location. I also liked the quietness in the hallway and the room. The setting of the facility was also very nice.

The bath fixtures were all messed up. There were nonfunctioning plugs for the sink, so we had to be extremely cautious not to drop anything into the sink. The toilet seat was in need of repair, broken and wobbly, and very uncomfortable to use. The shower/bath fixture was broken so a bath was not possible. We were there for 5 nights and the bath towel distribution was insufficient as we had to continually ask for more towels and was denied a request for more from the maid one time.

Neil was nice and accommodating. Angela from housekeeping was very polite as I was leaving and spoke with her.

Housekeeping staff/ SUPERVISOR did not clean the bathroom in 219, had to be moved to another room. I did not sleep well and was very uncomfortable being there!

Nothing

The room was old and musky it had old cerial under the bed. For the price it was not worth it. Police were there dealing with a situation when we pulled up to check in.

the building smelled like smoke and a cleaning solution. unfortunately my daughter is sensitive to mold and other airborne smells which cause her asthma to get worse. the staff was very accommodating in understanding that we could not stay
