Beds uncomfortable, pool was nasty, bathroom floor was dirty, sheets on both beds made me and my family itch, the room would get so hot and be really cool for a few mins. Bad experience

The front desk staff was not friendly at all! They didn’t provide us with enough bath towels even though on the reservation it stated there were 3 of us! No bath mat provided so we had to use a hand towel! The pullout sofa was disgusting - it had stains all over it so we couldn’t & wouldn’t use it!! We didn’t care for the Bistro breakfast at Starbucks which was all they provided and of course was not included in the price of the room! Finally - I could not find anywhere prior to my booking this hotel charges a $20 booking fee! If that was clearly stated I would not have booked it! Overall this was the worst experience we have had staying in a hotel and totally disappointed since it was thru the Marriott! We will definitely not use this facility again and will not recommend!!

There were no wash cloths in the rooms, staff stated they were locked up and they couldn’t get to them so, the night we checked in we had to take showers with hand towels. The second night there other guest were very loud in the hallway. A lady in the room next to mine I could hear hear while conversation. There was a lot of running and playing in the hallways. Staff didn’t really seem to care. The last night there I had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths. the lady at the desk told me that you don’t get daily cleaning although I was there for 3 days. And had to ask for clean linen each time. I thought was odd… but overall I will definitely pick a better place to stay. Safety wasn’t an issue at all.

Grounds was not clean and didn't feel safe. Also, ladder was left in stairway causing a trip hazard.

The Breakfast is what I like the most. I would suggest hour of operation be until 11:00am or 12:00pm Check out time.

The staff were so kind and friendly.

No room make up service or fresh towels. Only stay on the top floor because you hear the people above you and you will get no sleep as we did because the people above us were running laps in the room and it kept us up all night each night.

everyone was very helpful and the facility was very clean but I wished the Starbucks was open!

The mattress was crunchy sounding. We could not control thermostat when we arrived. Was very warm and stuffy.

The counter person was friendly but the guy who unplugged my toilet was awesome! He said he was housekeeping and not maintenance but he fixed the backup and brought more towels and was very happy to help us! Also the parking was good!

Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was absolutely terrible and not at all worth the $10 per person. The extremely expensive breakfast was not nearly as good as the FREE breakfast at your competitive hotels! The rooms are old and seriously in need of refurbishing! Our air conditioner was terrible and vibrated the entire room when the compressor kicked in. Our toilet backed up! A call to the front desk brought help in 15min, but the front desk told him I had no water pressure so he did not have a plunger. The gentleman laughed and went to get the plunger and had us fixed up in no time.

The carpets were stained everywhere from the elevator to our room.
