Plumbing issues in the room - flood under the sink; water dripping on my head from the ceiling while at the bathroom mirror.

The aesthetics was beautiful, enchanting and picturesque until you got to the rooms that was falsely advertised

Bookings said I would have a double room with jacuzzi, when I got there I was informed that they did not have double rooms and what I paid for was a standard king room even though I showed them the detailed description from the bookings confirmation. I was not compensated for the deception. I was only offered to cancel my room even though they knew there was a women’s conference and football game in the city and all the nice rooms were booked up at other hotels. Needlessly to say I chose this hotel for the amenities I was told was included just to be downsized with no type of refund or apology for being inconvenienced and lied to on the bookings website. Another disheartening fact is the breakfast options were superb the first morning, offering fresh omelettes and waffles, however they did not offer these options after that morning. So disappointing!!

Staff is exceptional, everything is nice, I love this place, staff is very friendly and nice

The breakfast was fantastic and I have told everyone about it. My Husband spoke about it for days and that really means a lot. The dining room is beautiful and the staff were so friendly. We left tips every morning. We will be back next year.

The bathroom needs a little TLC but the room was clean and very nice decor.
