clean room

At 11 p.m., strangers tried the door three times and the Reception said it was just a mistake, that they gave a card with the wrong room... and the security people think they were sleeping.... I also paid for breakfast, but it can't be called breakfast... parents came with salami in their purses for small children so they could give them something to eat...

The facility was run down, and the idea of the breakfast coming from those facilities wasn't appetizing.

Everything. There were mosquitoes in the room, which I did my best to kill. About the best I can say, is at least there were no roaches, that I could see. There was a dead water bug on the walkway outside our door. The room was very shabby, seemed to be converted from a gym or office/break room, or something. One entire wall was covered by a huge mirror, which was directly opposite the bed, and very disturbing. The bathroom had been sloppily painted, but at least was clean. There was no carpet anywhere on the floors, just poorly installed laminate. The AC didn't work especially well, neither did the refrigerator. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone was broken. There was a seemingly clean blanket and sheets on the bed, but no spread. The bed was like sleeping on concrete, and I have a hip injury, so was up virtually all night with severe pain, due to sleeping in that bed. It appeared the facility was being used for hotel vouchers for the homeless, because we saw many disheveled looking people with belongings in plastic grocery bags walking into the lobby to check in. One thing I can say for sure, is I will never go back. That being said, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Near to bus station to Disneyland. Have security at hotel.

Toilet.

Those knuckleheads shut off the heat to the rooms for a whole day . I froze my tail off there. They only had one thin blanket on the bed.

The location was excellent, everything I needed close by. Can't comment on the breakfast because I left every morning before it was served. It was a good value and good accomodations.

Could use some updating sometime in the future.

Jacuzzi was not working. The rooms were dirty. And very limited on towels. And the room smelled

Hubo una falla con el sink del baño, pero lo arreglaron rápido.

Le prix, ce motel n'est pas cher pour un séjour long.

C'est bruyant à cause du freeway juste à côté, c'est la situation géographique qui veut ça donc on assume. Par contre le petit-déjeuner proposé est le moins bien de tous les DAYS INN qu'on a visité le long de la I40 de Barstow à Memphis et de Los Angeles à Kansas City en passant par la 15 et la I70.
