I got bit from some kind kf bug 5 bites. The air-conditioned was loud!! There was rust stain all along the vents.

Everything about it is great.

The distance from LA, be ready to spend about one hour in traffic.

it’s pretty outdated .. it’s smells old. we had a total of 3 rooms and they all smelled the same. The office has old couches, I sank in when I sat down. the first room we received had tape on the floor in a few different spots, the curtains had holes and the shower clogged so we had to move to another room. it didn’t smell clean or feel clean. i don’t think it’s the staff I think they just need to replace all the beds/ couches, curtains in the rooms. the sofa couch you can feel the wire.

Only one ice machine on property,second floor. spider webs in windowsills and dirt in bathtub, Hot Tub water looked murky so didn’t use.

it was close to knotts Betty farm (walking distance) and also in walking distance to a McDonald’s and ihop.

the cleaners didn’t clean your room whilst at the hotel. the floor of the hotel room hadn’t been mopped in what seems like a very long time, our white socks and feet where black with dust and dirt. the pull out bed was not made prior to us arriving and was no extra sheets, pillows or blankets in the room.

Customer service was anything but exceptional, as we were made to wait over an hour for service. My stay, booked through Booking.com, was unavailable once in person due to not being cleaned (as stated by the receptionist to her co-worker over the phone while said receptionist was standing at the front desk). Multiple guests had been waiting to be serviced and had not received any kind of service for their needs to check in or requests for amenities during the same time we had been present. An incident of luggage theft also occurred while we were waiting to be serviced for so long. Once provided service, we were first given the key to a room that was currently occupied; then, upon returning to the front desk and informing the same receptionist of this, we were given a humid room with a cockroach on the wall directly as we walked in, dirty table, floors, and restroom. Upon this discovery, we headed back to the front desk to cancel our reservation, to which we were met with great apathy and lack of action towards canceling our reservation. To this day, we are still trying to get some type of refund for our inconvenience in trying to stay at the Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suite. We had not stayed at this hotel any longer than trying to check into another room they tried to give us after not having the room we booked available since the moment we arrived.

Nice hotel close to knotts . No charge for parking. Staff was nice.

Could improve on cleaning we found dirty socks in our room when we first checked in. Phone in room didn't work.

very nice and comfortable . it has a small kitchen and living space bathroom with a bath tub and the room . also everything is so close by . walking distance to knotts berry farm and soak city and to the restaurant around . also next to midiavel times and Porto’s ! the mall is literally 5 mins from there . it also has a jacuzzi and pool . second time there . honestly we like it . staff are very sweet
