It seem like lady downstairs had an attitude

Everything in it even down to the soap

They lied to us at time of checking saying our booking for a double room was cancelled, gave us a single bed and later trued to charge our card for the double bed room after we had paid for the single. Had to call front desk for a tissue as none was in our bathroom. Worst stay ever

Joycelyn was awesome. great customer service. At the time of check in she was the only person attending to cuduomer. there were at least 8 check in. she took her time and processed with out getting overwhelmed. Very helpful and accommodating.

The bed had a sink in the middle could not sleep to the end like I normally do. The refrigerator was broken. the bathroom was not clean. They took the trash out forgot to sweep

We thought the breakfast was good. They had everything we liked and the person n charge of the breakfast was excellent and polite

I liked your bed very c omfortable, cleanliness is a plus, breakfast was great.

There was no ice, the ice merchine was out of order, there was no microwave, and parking was a nightmare.

The staff were polite, courteous, and respectful. The hotel was handicap accessible . The staff were extremely accommodating to my elderly and handicapped mother.

The only concern I have is that there is limited parking. It is a tight fit when parking. Everything else was very satisfactory. There were no complaints to be reported.

I frequent this hotel often. I've never had any issues until last Saturday. The front desk clerk charged my card at check-in, not check out. I work at the Marriott, and this is not common practice. The free parking situation was not clear, so we paid$25 to park in the free garage, and the manager said we had to call to get a refund because he was not going to refund the money. I said to him the sole purpose of having a manager there was to trddolve issues like this. Lastly, when we booked, we had no clue that the hotel was under construction. There was scaffolding and garbage everywhere. I was truly disappointed and would like a manager to call me back for my refund.
