Kitchen staff member at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. She was helpful, easy to approach and talk to and helped my kids make waffles. The 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family size and fully equipped kitchen was great too.

Rooms are alittle dark and one room was smaller than the other bedroom but nonetheless, it was still great. Unfortunately there were some renovation works so didn't hsve access to their gym.

Staff was very nice, and the suit was large, you could definitely cook something and had a nice desk. Small gym but totally fine, and great breakfast. Would recommend if you’re in the Bronx.

The only thing is everything felt quite outdated and maybe it was all the dark carpet, but just not very fresh. I didn’t have my room cleaned one day which is fine but for that much money, like $600 a night, I kinda expected it. Also you really need a car to get around the area.

The breakfast variety was awesome. It was better than most hotels.

Bed sheets were very wrinkled and we had a room with a very loud air unit. tried to shut off ac but it stayed on.

Everything was just perfect. I felt very much accommodated. My husband got sick any staff was very thoughtful, very thoughtful and accommodating.

I liked and enjoyed everything just wished a spa was downstairs.
