Location was great. The view was Grand Teton mountain range.
Didn’t have a kitchenette.

The view and outside space were nice
Hot tub and steam rooms were out of order and no discount was offered

The view was fantastic! The condo space was perfect for our family of 5. The location to Jackson and the park entrance was perfect! If we wanted to swing by town, no problem. If we wanted to avoid the congestion there, we could simply take the road in the other direction towards the park. Perfect! The pool was very nice for getting in some lap swimming. The horse rides were just a quick walk away. Would definitely stay here again!
The gentleman who checked us in could have been a bit more friendly. He really made minimal effort to engage in much conversation beyond "Here are your keys." The other people working seemed like they really didn't want to have to talk to the guests. They weren't rude exactly, just not overly friendly.

The view. Stunning.
The bed.

This studio unit had a beautiful view and we appreciated the surroundings. Everything was clean and the towels were nice. The mountain view from inside or outside was the best part.
The outdoor furniture in this unit needed some upkeep. It felt like the staff was stretched, understaffed as many places still are, but doing their best. We had loud neighbors- nothing to be done about that- but the sound definitely carried through the walls.

quiet and secluded. Beautiful view. Close enough to enjoy Jackson but far away enough to enjoy the calm of the mountains.

Beautiful mountain property
Needed to wash the windows to see the mountains. Rooms need updating/remodeling.

It had an amazing view-we even saw a moose on the property! The staff was great and even opened the pool our second day so the kids could swim. the rooms downstairs to change clothes for the pool and hot tub are lovely.
There is no longer a restaurant on site, and it seems that the landscaping, fences, etc. need some love.
6.0
Location, privacy, the view, the sunsets, amenities.
Age of the property, condition of the shuttle vehicles, mice visitor.

The views from the room are stunning! The studio was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The wood burning fireplace added a great ambiance. Sitting on the couch with a cup of coffee, next to the crackling fire, watching the sunrise hit the Tetons every morning...one of the best memories ever!
My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer!

The ranch is a great location and central to Grand Teton and Jackson. We even saw a moose, fox, and porcupine on the property!

Great view of the Tetons. Quiet and peaceful place to enjoy.

It's all about the view. Spring Creek Ranch sits on top of a butte 700 feet above the Jackson valley. Our studio room #3202 has some of the best, unobstructed Grand Teton range views in Jackson. We took many photos of sunset and sunrise on the peaks. Views can be seen from the bed, from the sofa, and from the deck sitting in the chairs. If you want an ace view of the Tetons, you will get one here.
Studio R3202 is a shabby, outdated, and dirty accommodation, not worth anywhere near the $450/night we paid. Even by wildly inflated Jackson standards where a modest motel room can set you back $299/night, this was not what we expected for the money. See photos. We learned from Ranch employees that 3202 - like many other accommodations at the Ranch - are owned by absentee owners. We were told that while some owners have modernized and updated their places, the owner of 3202 has not. That was abundantly clear from the very dated, dirty and shabby bathroom (my wife refused to step in the bathtub), the tired kitchen, the lounge area with its dirty, frayed carpet and crumbling fireplace, and most of all, the bed. Let me tell you about this bed. It's a Murphy bed and felt like it was 50 years old; very uncomfortable and the pillows, linen and blanket were cheap, K-Mart level goods that one expects from an economy motel. Even the "what to do in Jackson" magazines in the room were laughably outdated - from 2012! There's even a 1990s era VCR (but no tapes, bring your own!)
If this was my place, I'd be ashamed to take money from lodgers until I updated it. But one supposes that as long as they collect $400+ a night from the punters, they just don't give a damn. I think the Ranch staff are doing their best to manage the situation but short of a total modernization overhaul of this dump, customers will continue to be as disappointed and grossed-out as we were.

Good view of the mountains and quick access to Grand Teton national park and airport. Also only ten minutes North of Jackson. Has a full kitchen with stove, oven and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The deck was nice and they provided patio furniture. Overall good experience.
I would have preferred to be in one of the cabins just below the cabin I was staying. Those cabins and the trees around them blocked some of my view. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in my room which was a problem because my cellular service didn’t work at all in Wyoming. There was no AC in my room so that may be an issue. I went in the Fall so it was no problem for me.
5.0
The location. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the main square but, the view is beautiful.
The room is also very complete, it has a living room and a kitchen.
they never came to clean the room and the TV wasn’t working

property advertise restaurant, there was no restaurant. posted wine list on web site, no wine. bed made with half size sheet leaving exposed foam waffle pad for entire bottom half of bed. water for shower broken, required maintenance to remedy. staff at front desk offered “sorry” but no monetary remedy.
very far from town where could buy food or snacks, nothing available to purchase.
had changed from cheaper in town reservation… full regret!!!
however, the horseback riding trip was amazing, but the check in and instructions of meeting place etc was poorly done

The location and view was great
The room was large and a nice layout.
The ceiling fan rattled and was filthy. The bed was hard as a rock and the room was very hot. We did not have a fan to cool us. We checked out early, as we could not sleep.

beautiful view, saw wildlife right outside our condo!
no AC, bugs in the bathroom.

The view was breathtaking. And made it worthwhile. It was our honeymoon and asked them to get flowers and candy they did Well. Keith at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to. The horseback riding Had amazing views. One of the blinds on the sliding door broke and blocked the view of the mountains. they repaired it immediately.
unfortunately the gentleman at the front counter that did not have a name tag. Was rude. And made me feel like I was wasting his time. We slept on a bed that was on the floor With mice running around. Drove my wife nuts. The showers did not get hot. broken tiles on the floor. The conceiter Needed to be reminded 3 times For over 3 weeks. for activities we wanted. Leading to getting times that we did not want. We would have liked to have had room service everyday. especially for the cost. Did not like sheets not fit in the bed.

The view was absolutely astonishing.
The staff wasn’t good. Over priced food, and lodging. The carpet in the room had stains on it, the curtains barely worked. No AC unit, the bed was uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on a bag of rocks.

We could have not had a better view from our room of the Grand Tetons and the location was perfect. Hands down you could not beat the location.
The bed was very hard and the door lock was hard to get into other than that it was perfect.

Spring Creek Ranch has an awesome location for mountain views. It is a very comfortable place to stay and has well equipped kitchen and a fireplace. Clean and cozy. We stay here often and will be returning next time we vacation in the area.
Reservation manager seems to be dishonest and not does not provide good customer service.
