I liked the pool area for my children and how close the laundry room is close by. It's a beautiful hotel and a great location. I loved how it has security for each floor when taking the stairs. You need to use your card to enter the floor from the stairway.

Housekeeping was a nightmare. My room was not cleaned, and I spent four nights at the hotel. I made my own bed n sofa bed and cleaned my own room. I asked if my room could be cleaned and the bed and sofa bed wasn't made when I got back from an outing. The blankets and duvet were folded on the bed. My empty pop/water bottles piled up and garbage piled during my stay, which ended up in the hallway to be picked up. Nothing was wiped down, and the rug wasn't vacuumed, and I have 5 kids between ages 14-5; 4 boys and one girl, so u can imagine the crumbs on the rug. I ran out of toilet paper. (Accessories for the room were not topped up unless I asked for something I needed. Housekeeping need to pull up their socks and do a better job. I used to be a housekeeper, and from my experience, you are to clean the whole room; make the beds, clean the mirrors, wipe down everything, gather the garbage, and wipe down bathroom floor, then vacuum. Then, top up on all accessories for the room. However, it is out of your control not to make the beds if luggage is on the beds. I felt like, why should I be asking for my room to be cleaned and why am I cleaning my room when I was on a staycation with my kids? I won't be staying at this hotel again. It was more stressful than relaxing.

Location, cleanliness and comfortable beds. The food at restaurant is delicious. Shout out to Sam at the restaurant who made instant friends with my granddaughter. The front desk staff even gave us a late checkout so we can sleep in after 2 full days at the Stampede

We had a king room with separate space for sofa & pantry. It’s very clean and spacious. The bathroom very modern & comfortable. The pool is also clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s not convenient for pool because there’s no change room and no bath robe, and they ask you not to bring pool towel to your room. But what do you do when you’re all wet? The hot tub is nice but why is it foaming? We hesitated to go to the hot tub a second time. Buffet breakfast was not good value for the money, the food was cold and the coffee was bad. Overall it’s quite expensive for the basic amenities.

The front desk staff were very rude, one lady in particular. The noise level in that hotel was very, very loud. The cleaning staff in the morning, and also we could hear doors closing all the time. Sent text at 9:30 to tell me check out time was approaching, we were there for a medical reason and did not need to be awakened to tell me it was just about time to get out.

The breakfast is not included and the price is already high. I was not spending another $15 on breakfast. The hotel is nice and staff were great. Just a bit high in price for what you get. They charge for everything!!!!

We love this hotel and Pacini Restaurant. The waterslide, pool and hot tub are a hit with the kids. Pacini serves up excellent coffee and the food is always delicious. We will be back!
