Location and availability. Reservation made late in the evening. Room as super clean and comfortable, a pleasant surprise for last minute plans. Breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is easily accessible by car, just off the highway. It offers a pretty standard breakfast. The breakfast area is not very large, but it works ok. The place is clean, the rooms are big enough. There is a fridge you can use, which is always useful.

This is simply a typical inexpensive hotel. There's really nothing I did not like, other than the fact that we were located near the elevator and people who leave or arrive in the middle of the night can be very inconsiderate of the other guests. But that is not the hotel's fault.

It was right off the exit so convenient for travel.

Our toilet in our room ran nonstop. Our beds were way smaller than expected. They weren’t very comfy. The pool looked so dirty and not very clean at all.

Every night the hotel hallways smelt like straight weed . It got so bad and I had kids and it was non stop no matter how much they sprayed

The staff was friendly.

The alarm in the room did not work or I could not get it to work. I went to the front desk and asked for a wake up call so I could get to the airport on time. The desk clerk wrote a note on a post it note and left it on the computer for the night shift desk clerk. The night shift desk clerk did not call to wake me up. This was not good. Why didn't he call me? I asked about it at the front desk but this desk clerk he didn't know about it and said the night shift desk person had already left. This is really unacceptable.

A little overpriced. The room was ok but very creaky (like it made creaking noises as you walked around), and the bathroom light switch was broken, as was the fan for the bathroom. The bathroom light could be turned on, but it was hard to use as it’s intended to be a motion switch, but the motion part was broken so you were left with using this small toggle switch for the light.

The person at the desk was helpful in getting us our refund.

People were smoking in rooms that were designated non smoking. The fire alarm went off.
