The only think would be to have more options in the store.

The food at the restaurant within the Marriott was very good. Tony was our waiter on our first morning and he was fantastic. We were actually hoping to have him the 2nd morning however he wasn't working the morning shift that day.
Breakfast was NOT included as it stated it was when I booked this property. Also, if you are a single female, be VERY careful in getting into the room you are set to be in. I walked into a man that was no one I knew and I wasn't even expecting to be in my room. They 'accidentally' put me in a room with this man thinking I was his partner. That is what happens when you do not check the person's identification. Took them over 20 minutes to rectify it then they just apologized and gave me a $20 off coupon for the restaurant inside. Not very happy at all about this. $20 is all my life is worth I guess to them.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and well maintained. I was happy for the on-site parking. We ate at Conner’s and had excellent service and delicious food. We loved the location for our concert at Lucas Oil, and there are so many sights and attractions within walking distance! I would definitely choose the Marriott Downtown for any future Indy travel. Thanks for a great stay!

Room was spacious and the bar lounge area in the lobby was really great
I had to call everyday to get my room cleaned. The last day I stayed the room was never cleaned. Also the M lounge has gone downhill. The coffee machine that was there is gone and there used to be more variety in snacks. The coffee that was provided was "ok" at best.

It was very hard to understand the people working the font desk. Room was not cleaned very well, found an angry Orchard bottle top on the floor, so made me think the floor was not swept.
Restaurant staff at Conner very rude. Not friendly at all.
Bell hops and valet were the best interaction with hotel staff.

Pillows were hard. Kids next door were very loud for most of the night.

It wasn't quite as clean as it should be. There was a sign that said "Be responsible. Towels hung up will be left for re-use." Despite my towel being hung up it was replaced. Not eco-friendly.

Great location, very clean, super comfortable beds, front desk manager gave us complimentary yogurt & juice for a sick family member.
No tub, nothing to prop your leg on in the shower to shave, no fan in the bathroom, dim lighting in both bathroom & bedroom, microwaves only on 3rd floor in laundry room, $15.99/day for wifi & $52/day to park, room was not cleaned on our stay over, hallway smelled like weed in the morning, front desk did not ask how our stay was so I didn't convey our issues. Expected more for the price.

Very nice Marriot. Clean, good staff. Centrally located downtown within 15 minutes of Lucas Oil Stadium.
Coffee around the clock is a MUST. Not to have coffee on the weekends or available at night is unacceptable. This is the only hotel I have stayed in that there was no coffee available on the weekends. Had to wait until 7 am to BUY one for $5.00. You rate yourselves a 4 star hotel. No coffee makes for grumpy guests.

all the staff was AMAZING, so kind and friendly!
Room didn't have fridge or microwave,...but definitely easily overlooked though because the beds were comfy, cleanliness was top notch and the amazing staff.

The location was great. Tee and Derrick were awesome!
The app and the front desk were not synched. There were problems that should not have occurred. Of all of the people I encountered, the front desk staff was the worst!

Had to reserve carts in advance to get luggage to parking garage. They didn’t tell us that during check in. Had to pay for parking.

The staff was very nice.
I didn't care for the fact towels were not stored in the bathroom, the shower curtain was not long enough to keep water from. Running on the floor. My room was not cleaned for 2 days. And there was never microwave in the room. And I did ask for a double and got a single.
