This property is the best in Ventura. It’s an older hotel but you can’t beat being right on the beach.

The location is wonderful, beachfront and the rooms were comfortable but older. Seemed clean. There are restaurants within walking distance but there are many of the riff raff hanging out at that end of the beach. I did not want to leave hotel at night. Which was ok as there was a balcony (3rd floor) with table and chairs to be outside. I would stay again on the 3rd floor.

The location is outstanding and the rooms are well maintained. There is a choice of restaurant close by. The price for a unit is reasonable. We will attend again.

Needs some upgrading, carpet was filthy. No Ac but there’s a fan and the beach breeze helps. Staff is very nice, I would stay again due to proximity to beach!

This place has beautiful ocean views from the balconies. It’s a simple little hotel but it’s a great place to stay and unwind, listening to the ocean waves.

Fabulous oceanfront inn the smell of ocean air the sunsets are fabulous. The staff is so accommodating and helpful. Have been here for years and it’s just a pleasure to stay.

Lovely property right on the beach

When I think of beach, I think of Inn On The Beach. You literally face the ocean as every room faces the ocean. If you open your balcony door, the waves will lull you to sleep. The continental breakfast is simple, but very filling. What a pleasure to be able to get hot coffee in a big cup, freshly brewed, even though they have a coffee maker in your room. I love the chocolate muffins! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. I always ask for extra pillows and extra towels and they just smile and graciously provided.

Nice place right on the beach. Older, smaller, a little run down, but kept clean. I would stay there again.

It was the most beautiful, peaceful place ive ever stayed at. We enjoyed it so much. Id definitely stay again.

The location on this property is absolutely perfect, great ocean views in a quiet little beach town, it's not too busy even in mid summer. There's a good selection of restaurants within walking distance,the 3 we tried were all very tasty!

I loved the room which was overlooking the beach. The furniture was outdated and the toilet backed up while we were there. It was way overpriced but we loved that it was right on the beach and all the restaurants were in walking distance. Don't know if I would stay there again for $335 a night.

Beautiful ocean view

Can't get much closer to the beach! Loved our stay. Very friendly staff! Needs some sprucing up, but it's a great hotel with beautiful views of the ocean! Every room has a view.

The hotel is located in a nice area away from all the busy areas and lots of people. It is convenient to downtown Ventura and the harbor. The value was worth what I paid and you have an ocean front view. I highly recommend this gem.

The hotel description should list that it does not have air conditioning. Also, the property needs a deep clean an updating.

Every stay I’ve always had a great experience…..this is definitely not the first and not the last…..this is our favorite place to stay
