The room was not cleaned, trash on the floor and under the furniture ( bed)

Friendly staff. Close to fairgrounds. Plenty of parking. Fridge and microwave worked. Nobody messed with our car or room.
Facility and Room lacked attention. Rooms are OLD. Chipped paint, old scuffs on walls, screws sticking out of walls where equipment one was. Plugged sink, due to hair on strainer. Dust bunnies under chairs. Missing wall trim. Slight musty scent around bathroom sink. Suspect activities going on during night (woman running from a room out to cars and back, wearing different outfits each time, multiple cars pulling up to different rooms for short periods of time). We were told to NOT park on the street. Multiple people roaming and staying at the facility that appeared to be homeless and/or otherwise disheveled. Would have went to another motel if we could have canceled the reservation.

Absolutely nothing. This was is horrible and incredible unsafe and the photos prove it. We had to sleep in towels and our clothes cause how dirty this establishment is.
The fact we had to sleep with a knife and pepper spray since our door wouldn't lock properly and their was drug addicts, homeless and prostitutes.

Very shabby exterior. Waited 15 - 20 for manager so we could check in. I had to go looking for him.

sheets were dirty. the fridge wasn’t cleaned either a bunch of tweakers in the hotels and heard loud slams up stairs for about 2 hours and they weren’t the noises your thinking about. I booked this room for the night and only stayed about 3 hours I wouldn’t be coming back it would be better to sleep in your car honestly.

Ventura is beautiful. Linens were clean.
Live (and dead) Cockroaches in our room. Insecure exterior door- no deadbolt. Lighting was not fully working. Very old, dirty carpet. Worn out furnishings. Especially for $160 for the night.

Only thing I liked about booking here is the location.
The whole room was dirty. It seemed like they just spray a cleaner and call it good for the next guest. The "cleaning lady" was on a sick one. I literally saw here clean a room in under 5 min. The room smelled like smoke but was supposed to be a non smoking room.

the receptionist was friendly.
there was trash underneath the bed. It was a little noisy with incoming guests. I stayed here a couple of years ago but I don’t feel like the property was kept up like it had been.

Room I booked and paid for wasnt available. Owner made it seem like it was my fault..was rude and demanding

Location is very old and run down. Strange people hanging around in the parking lot near our room. Fast food trash all over the parking lot. It just looked like there was some shady activity going on.

Was charged more then what booking told me, was definitely not worth it very disappointed , dirty room, towels and tub full of bugs! Toliet seat broken outlets falling out loose! Very disappointed!!!

The owner and his daughter were both amazing. So glad we chose to stay here. Got in late with kids and the tv was not liking us but the owner came to the room and fixed it as soon as we called. Really nice and helpful

People hanging around, drunk, smoking weed, noisy, fighting; we could not rest.

Dirty room. Dirty windows. Old TV. No toilet paper. I had to call the front desk and ask for some. Smelly room. Dirty hallway, with trash and curettes butts all over the hallway and stairs. Bed cover with cigarette burn.

The only good thing was I was given a corner room and no one parked near my car.
This was the dirtiest places we have ever stayed. People live there, which is fine but there was about 4 men outside on each corner of the property on their phones, which gave me a weird vibe. Once we got there I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to leave without a refund but was convinced to stay by my partner since we had paid over $200 for the night. I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff but the guy who checked me in seemed to be nice.

The room was for 4 people but the beds were on separate rooms and had a stove and fridge.
The bed was comfortable.
Needs some remodeling and better lighting. Room was in need of paint. Some light switches need replacing
