Was quite beds was pretty comfortable but it is about time for new ones seem like old beds they went to a slant.

Just don't like being on 1st floor and was where we was put but no biggie. Our toilet got clogged a few times so plumbing needs some work.

They don't have breakfast at this hotel.

The Coffee! It was terrible, and nasty which sucks since you don't serve breakfast you could at least have decent coffee.

No breakfast offered. My special needs request was not met. I requested a room close to the lobby/or elevator through booking. My room was all the way at the end of the hallway. The tub shower drained so slow I was standing in above the ankle water when I finished. The television had a large dark shot in the screen. The door security latch was missing.

This is a beautiful facility. When you pull up it's nice on the outside and very lovely on the inside. Room was new and appeared renovated

I should have left after the first night nut I was in a financial bind waiting for 2 jobs to pay me. ROACHES. I even bought my own spray. I notified the desk clerk and she Saud she would report it and gave maintenance spray. I don't think that happened. I finally met the manager as I was leaving. She was very lovely, compted my last night. She did apologize and said she would inspect the room herself.

Homeless man in the lobby, they tired to give us a smaller room without compensation. Shower dripped all night. Showed up lobby was locked has to call someone. It was really bad. Definitely the worst place on our trip.

We booked a room through booking.com. They checked to see for availability. It was confirmed. When we arrived, there was no room and no refund as of yet. It didn't look like a respectable place to stay.

Front desk gal was nice but check-in took a long time - apparently computer issues. Bed was comfortable despite cigarette burn hole in sheet. Bathing water was hot, porcelain was clean but grout had a bit of mold.

Non-smoking hotel but smells BAD! Take out the carpet bc your customers are smoking in the building and not just cigarettes. First floor was noisy until early morning hours with doors opening and closing. Of 3 pieces of cardio equipment, only 1 worked. Pool was closed, no ice machines bc of freezer in room which was off on arrival and didn't make ice by morning. Dishes and cooking utensils were missing half+ items and dishwasher was loud. This room should have been $45 a night, not $85. Would have left but exhausted from long drive with 2 more ahead.

Price and location.

No light above the bathroom mirror. Had to go out just to get a good cup of coffee.

Tv didn't work. Roaches in the room. You can only get towels a certain time. A lot of things not good here. But you get what you pay for...

I paid for two nights and only stayed one night, I checked out in total distress. I never tried the breakfast. When I checked in the room was not ready, I had to wait 30 minutes. They told me they had to do something to the room to sanitize it and it wasn’t safe to go in. I finally went to the room it looked clean enough but smelled weird. I decided to stay because rooms were booked out because of the Steel Horse Rally being held that weekend. I came back for my second evening and the room had not been attended to. I went to the front desk and I was told that they only cleaned the rooms every two weeks, that was their policy. I asked to be moved to another room that was the same price and they did not have. I asked to be moved to a bigger room and they comp the difference in price they would not do that. I ended up checking out late Sunday evening and finding another room.

All in all, this is a good hotel. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. The room is nice. The staff is helpful and courteous. I would consider staying at the hotel again.

I killed 3 small roaches in the bathroon. 1 bar of soap isn't enough for shower and sink.

Location and room set up

Water never got hot enough, you could hear EVERYTHING from everyone around your room, found trash under the table in our room and items from previous guests in our closets, tv picture was going out and you could see lines on the tv, bed was lumpy and creeked everytime you moved.

Man at the Front desk was very pleasant

Carpet was nasty,Bedding was stained and when I pulled back the covers there was black hairs on the pillow.

The location was great

The roaches were terrible

Close to all and airport is across highway.

Love the setup of the room. The room came with all items we needed to prepare our meals for the week. Staff at the desk was always friendly and very helpful whenever we needed something.
