No mini frig. The tv went out and didn’t come back on. They said there was a problem with the cable

We arrived and given a smoke filled room. We refused it. Given another room, we learned they lied about the "free" breakfast. They told us we were NOT entitled to this, even though booking.com stated it was a free breakfast in my receipt??? The room had NO refrigerator (an extra charge I was told) No microwave either! an extra charge they said. The pool was ICE cold. No spa or jacuzzi ... The room had no cups, and when I asked, they gave me only two cups. No ice but they gave me a very small, "sandwich type" bag and told us we were not to fill a cooler, or take more than one (VERY SMALL BAGGY) of ice? how insane is this? We also smelled mold and found the windowsill was filled with stagnate water. The room was disgusting. We were traveling and had a truck and trailer so we were stuck here. We will write reviews and demand a refund. I tried to call in advance about the breakfast and parking, but We had no way to contact them! Their phone was not working for a week prior to our stay. Also the toilet was stained with pee. the small mirror in the bathroom is rusty with mold on the bottom. Place should be condemned! Poor internet. No cable service, and very poor service. I wish we could rate a NON-STAR ratting. Never again...

I loved the architecture, the layout and the quality of the food. I was very comfortable.

-Window in hotel room smelled like mildew. Window had lots of condensation that dripped on carpet and made the carpet wet. -No fridge or microwave!! Pictures are deceiving and feature a fridge. -Charge for the little stuff - like coffee $3.29. -Elevators are clunky and old. For floor nine, had to get off on floor 8 and take steps floor 9. Button broken. -Forgot to give us breakfast coupons for breakfast and told us no info about it. - Breakfast offered no options for sensitive guests. It would be nice if offered turkey bacon, turkey sausage, etc. I'm gluten sensitive and some hotels are now carrying Udi Gluten free products.

Location was great. Hotel had a great rate w/ breakfast included. Friendly front desk, restaurant staff and room service.Pet friendly. There for a funeral and didn't have to leave hotel for meals.

Needed a designated area for pets outside. Limited handicapped parking next to building.
