It was very spacious and comfortable

There were a family of grasshoppers in the room and it wasn’t very clean upon arrival.

I was not pleased at all.

Room service took sheets off bed & did not leave any to put on though that should have been done by them. Breakfast staff where extremely rude. The room was not clean upon arrival & the shower leaked/dripped all day/night.

Hotel is a bit rundown and in need of renovations

The breakfast was good under covid protocols. The location was nice as were most of the staff.

The guy who checked us in gave us keys that didn't work, forgot to give us our water and was not helpful at all when asked where we should eat in the area. t

amazing stay! i was very comfortable and the amenities were prime.

Desk staff were EXCEPTIONAL... helpful with tips, contact for Budget Transport & we LOVED the Happy Hour MEAL on Wed. evening... it was delicious & filling!! Breakfasts also were exceptionally good!

Couldn't find ice machines easily. Wanted Breakfast hours to be extended on weekends.

had to change rooms due to being next to elevator and they tried to overcharge for an upgrade although it was the same type of room

Location and staff were great

The staff at the desk was excellent and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was pristine and we liked the sticker on the door indirecting the sanitation was completed for the whole room.

I can't think of anything. The customer care was super. Housekeeping was exactly as hoped for.

Staff was very pleasant, especially Steve (don't know last) and daytime manager. Pool was clean and Weber grill was functional.

The breakfast was terrible as everything offered was prepackaged food with no nutritional value to offer. Also, the washers and dryers on both floors were not fully operational, as such, one would hvae to go to one floor to wash clothes and another to dry them! There should be a change maching next eack washer and dryer.

All the staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The room smelled of smoke or staleness a little.

The lady that set up the breakfast line was really nice and the coffee was good.

When we got there the remote to the tv didn’t work. Staff replaced it. There were no sheets for the pull out bed and staff made us go get it. The shower head had mold on it and when we called the desk they told us they would clean it. The next morning there was still mold on the shower head. My son and I were bitten up by mosquitoes or something really bad. Would never stay here again for the price we paid.

Not really a meal more like snacks. Coffee is good.

The hotel has a musky smell, the trash wasn't removed.
