The clerks there were great!! Coffee downstairs in Hospitality room was awesome.

Got their and checked into my king room and sink wouldn't drain. So clerk saw it and offered me another room. I'm thinking great. Had to load up and go to second floor for new room. Got there and unloading out stuff. Then a lfew minutes later went to bathroom and their was a some crap on toilet. Couldn't believe it. Then I went over to our bed and pulled the bed spread and top sheet back and their was poop on the bed sheet and top sheet. I called the front desk and clerk and she game up and saw it. Someone had peed and pooped of the bed too. She was so embarrassed as we were upset. So she had only one king left on 3rd floor. So had to repack again and go to third floor. Thank God that one was ok. I'm 67 years old and traveled all over and never had such a horrible experience. She talked with manager that next morning about it and told her about everything. I later talked with same manager and she only took $the amount of taxes on room off. I didn't ever argue with her. That was insulting to me and I knew then I'd never stay at another Laguinta Hotel and any other property owned by that company. I worked 35 years for a company and was transportation manager there and I had to fix problems with customer's anytime they had a complaint and always handled it with Intergrity. For all the trouble I was Unnecessarily put through That was a slap in my face..I'd never ever do that to a customer.

The room was very spacious and clean

All was great. We enjoyed our stay.

We were there for Callaway Gardens and LaQuinta was close and cost effective. We had to book 4 rooms for our gang and it was the best price. Nice rooms.

I'm sure this is an older establishment but the bathroom really needs an upgrade. The shower head looked very gunny. And our sink was stopped up.
