For me every thing was fine

It was nice to be able to get a smoking room especially with the drop in temperature. Smoking rooms are very hard to find. Right by the mall with all the restaurants in walking distance. Coffee was AMAZING! The best I've had a hotel. Comfortable and quiet. Fridge worked well as did the heater. It was also nice to be on the first floor. Usually we end up with an upstairs room. Parking spots available. Friendly, fast service.

Breakfast was simple: pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and fruit. Which was fine for a quick bite. There were a few burnt holes in blanket. Coffee pot in room was dusty.

Although bedding was clean and beds comfortable, the floors were very dirty. Appears that remodeling is being carried out so perhaps we had an older room

THE SHEETS WAS DIRTY AND HAD STAINS LIKE THEY MADE THE BED WITHOUT CHANGING THEM.

I liked that the desk clerk responded to my situation promptly, very kindly, and showed mannerisms due to an encounter we arrived to in our original room. But The breakfast bagels and pancakes was really good.

I didn’t like the unclean floors, dirty sheets, and clothes left on the floor in the bathroom from the previous guests! After getting the clerk name John, he promptly moved us to another room! That wasn’t a good first impression!

From the staff to the room and everything in-between it was amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff was wonderful, even when our room key had to be reset twice. Nice quiet hotel in a great location with restaurants and stores all around.

Nothing negative I can think of besides the pool furniture, needs to be updated because some was broken and only one table with umbrella and it was hot.

Property was in a good location, very convenient and close to gas stations and several different restaurants. Also the staff were extremely kind we left behind two teddy bears by accident and called and they stored them for us til we were passing back through on the way home.

Good location, easy and efficient check in

Room was filthy. Had clearly not been cleaned from previous guests, other than sheets changed. Whatever brown topper on bed is was covered in seemingly fresh stains. Did not complain as they had no vacancy and I personally witnessed people being turned away in person and over the phone. I went to DG and got some basic cleaning supplies. All hard surfaces (vanity, desk, tv stand, night stand etc) were all visibly dirty and shower was covered in dark hairs.
