Take a look at the room. Roaches, carpet mangled and nasty among other issues. Not a pleasant experience.

That the Free Breakfast advertised was not provided. I paid the extra money to have included in my stay. The simple fact is they should remove the photos as well as the banner in their ads here. It's not that hard to do as it's an interstate hotel and many use a free breakfast provided to keep their travel time in schedule. Plus it's not comfortable to see local police evict another guest from their room next door with the tenant prior to the arrival using swear words through the thin walls of the rooms. This here is not what it says.

Location was convenient and the ladies at front desk were friendly. There is nothing else postive the other customers were scary.

The bed was lumpy and the comforter had burn holes. No ash tray was provided in a smoking room. The towels were thin and cheap and the ice machines on property wete broken. Breakfast was not offered as stated due to the virus and nothing was offered in place of.. The furniture was stained and very old. The atrium looked great and was very clean. The oiom we had was nothing like that.
