The staff was very polite and helpful.

The room was supposed to be non- smoking. The furniture, the carpet and the drapes the entire room smelled of new and stale smoke. The bedding was dingy and the carpet was filthy. The tub was missing so much epoxy so it looked stained and dirty.

Absolutely nothing, the worst place ever! Will never recommend or frequent again!😫

The phone or the air condition didn't work, there was no microwave! I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone! It is a dump and my stay was a disaster!

No breakfast was made available which was very disappointing despite the advent saying that it’s. Despite that the place was cool b pls make sure what it’s advertised must be provided at all time

They should have provided tea a cups for drinking for guests

They double charged our cards and took a week to release the extra charge back, had dirty sheets, dirty towels, and gross bathrooms in general. The staff was literally sitting on a cell phone 10 ft from the front desk for 20 minutes ignoring us while trying to check in, and then refused to come to the front desk for us to check out. I took video, feel free to ask me for the pictures of the room or the video of them on their phone not coming to the front desk. The hotel is in a ruff patch, and has homeless living in the bushes outside the front office.
