The function halls looked nice.
There is a lot to mention.
The staff were a little unprofessional during check-in, stating they were not ready for anyone.
Once we checked in, we noticed the bathroom was dirty, with the toilet and sink especially dirty as well as part of the wall and mirror.
The pool area looked like it had stagnant water and was either not well taken care of, or not cleaned for a while. The table in the pool area looked like it was just purchased at a yard sale.
The breakfast offered was very low quality and the restaurant area Antonio’s was not very clean.

The pool was not swimmable. The water was so dirty. The housekeeping staff stayed in the hallways until all hours of the night. The smell of fabuloso was unbearable. The side door doesn’t lock. Employees outside smoking constantly.

Absolutely nothing except for the housekeeping lead who ensured we had a fairly clean room and towels.
The property was old with bird poop at every single entrance. The pictures compared to what the rooms are actually like is completely opposite of one another. The room I received was dirty, the bathroom was dirty with food stains on the wall, the floor was sticky and smelled. The second room I was moved to was a bit cleaner but in general this was not worth the money I paid. The ice machine did not work, the pool looked like there was something festering inside. The furniture is sticky, old, damaged and just in general gross. Again, the pictures online are absolutely deceiving.

Close to restaurants and stores
The parking lot was littered with garbage that people dumped from their vehicles. Hotel was not quick at picking up trash

This hotel doesn’t maintain cleanliness. The basin and the tub was clogged and it was a mess. When we entered the hotel there was a wired smell and when we told them the problem, they did not send help.

Location was decent
The pool was green and not usable, other occupants were extremely noisy and soundproofing was next to non-existent, thought there was a breakfast option but no, staff members were mostly unhelpful, rooms were flat out gross (mold in bathrooms, unknown substances on side of tank of toilet, stains on the walls, linens smelled and top bedspreads were stained, sticky substance on one of the chairs) and hallways and common areas stink horribly of marijuana.

The customer service and pool was great. I love how this location was close to Niagara Falls and several major shopping places.
It was hard to find the pool without directions. The hallways were loud at night.

Booking. Com say about breakfast but when I asked the staff she told me that they don’t provide breakfast.

Great prices, great location.
Super noisy. People yelling in the halls at 11 and 12 at night. I know the management can't control IF someone is noisy, but I do expect them to control HOW LONG they are noisy for. It was ridiculous. Won't stay again.

location and price
I asked for two blankets and was told they only had one. The hotel was not sold out, I’m sure if they didn’t have any in the back they could’ve taken one off of a bed. I went to the front desk and ask them to turn the lights on in the swimming pool area, it took them 40 minutes. Pool temperature was also cold.

first the smell then I change room and sheets was not clean and smells bad and so much hair all over the wash room I made mistakes not to take photos to show how dissatisfied and disappointed

1st room was dirty, moved to another room was a little better but bathroom vanity slowly drained
Rooms could use a little renovation definitely won't be staying there again.
