Clean, friendly staff, great location.

Small rooms, south tower doesn’t have a good view of the beach.

Staff was nice, and location was on the beach.

Dining staff took breakfast order to take back to my room, and got the orders wrong supplying food that was undercooked, incorrect/substituted, and partially missing some of what was clearly on my receipt. The lobby and pool area were nice, but other areas are noticeably run down for a Hilton. And a $16 per day fee to park my own car outside in a lot is ridiculous.

In the Booking advertising says balcony in the room, something which is not true.The room has a narrow space which is not a balcony since you cant seat there. The hotel does not have a formal dinning, the one which is more adequate or looks as a dinning is for breakfast. To have a lunch you have to go to a beach kiosk that is horrible. To dinner is a regular room with some tables that are not a normal dining room and attended by a bartender that is serving drinks to other people looking for a drink. The front desk never inform about the parking, that's it they gave you a piece of paper, "supposedly to protect your car" to later charge you $15.00 since I haven't see nobody watching my car. The name of good Hilton hotel, in this hotel, went to the bottom of good hotel. This hotel and its facility should be marked as 3 stars.

The fitness center was closed. That was very disappointing. I wish I knew. We have been here before and I used it.

1) Booking.com get only Rooms on the 2nd level, means in front of the Balkony is the mean Air conditioner system lockated! Haevy noises! 2) I was booking this room for $518,... ! But I payed more than $548,52 for the room (Exchange rate was not changed -€/US$) 3) Non additional service was taken from us, Breakfest came with additional invoise. 4) until today - no feedback on me request i this regard !

I’ve stayed here many times before and have always had great experience. 2023 was not good, was told because I booked with Booking.com I was not entitled to my Hilton Honors benefits and was given a horrible room with a AC unit blocking view, they tried to rectify with free vouchers and manager was quite pleasant and tried but not sure I’ll stay again.

That they treat Booking.com clients differently.

About all that was good was the building was cool and the coffee at Buffett good.

The room was not cleaned despite no one telling us we had to opt in for cleaning (and yet we still asked and nothing was done). To be told they will make sure it is fixed for next person … ah that is not looking after long term Hilton clients. The ice machine makes so much noise all night it is hard to sleep. The pool is crowded and old. The bar near the pool never has any spare seating for two. The beach has rocks and sea shells which cut your feet so everyone is at the pool - super limited space. It is a long way from shopping centers.

Quiet. Ice maker on floor. Comfortable bed. Found parking under the building. Beach setting was lovely. Across the street from Holy Name of Jesus.

Location of room…too close to the elevator. Had to pay for outdoor parking. Chairs are not provided by the hotel on the beach.

The rooms air conditioning wasn't working, it was colder outside than it was inside. And i was in Florida.

Food was great…drinks cold..front desk was very helpful..

Beach had so much seaweed that stunk…you really need to expand the channel lineup….

It had an ocean view.

The lamp had dead insects in the shade and the carpet in the room and hell was worn and old. The restaurant was small for the site and often had a long wait so had to eat off site. There was a daily charge for parking. Limited towels in room and no microwave. Balcony was standing only.
