This was for my wedding. We paid for certain package food wise and they did not provide that which was expensive and disappointing. They tried to make up for it but by this time it was too late guests were tired and over it. So it went to waste. Disappointing to say the least. Made it over-priced and after a long day not a good ending. 🙃
Staying there was great other then calling down for towels 4 times. Then when getting towels hours later they were being smart and loaded us up with them to be rude. Fantastic accommodations otherwise enjoyed the hotel. Staff was kinda like they were just on pilot mode.

Nice hotel beautiful room
I paid for Balcony and that wasn’t given to me at first. I had to wait until 6pm for my room because they didn’t have a balcony available that I first paid for then had to pay extra for what I ordered in the first place.

Liked the bed and breakfast was very good.
The bathroom didn’t have any cups and there wasn’t a hair dryer. Loved the shower but the rest of the bathroom could have been updated too. The cabinets need to be painted and the wallpaper needs to be glued better.

The property was actually in excellent condition and my discontent sources from Staff's inability to hold King room that I previously reserved for Feb. 23-25 on Booking.com. I arrived later than planned for check-in and phoned twice prior to arrival with updates on my travels. I also asked to move to King room on Saturday and was told that due to housekeeping Team attrition and low inventory, that this remedy wasn't an option. A reservation is a reservation no matter when guest arrives or why are particular room types even offered to guests? The handicap Queen room that was assigned isn't the room that I reserved and why recompense wasn't available from Staff is still a mystery to me.

The dining area was beautiful and had a large selection to choose from for breakfast.
The bathroom.was not as clean as I felt it should've been. It was clean, but not detailed for new visitors. I also didn't like that I had to pay for breakfast in addition to my room and wouldn't be reimbursed for meals not eaten.

The room was perfect, great size, great room to move around. Felt very luxurious. The entire hotel was also very clean.
We had planned to use the pool but it is across the parking lot and not very nice. We had planned to spend some time by the pool but after we got there we decided against it. We had reserved a room near the top with a view and we got a room on the second floor, that was disappointing. Finally, we were not told that the dining room was closed all nights except Friday and Saturday. We went there for a nice dining experience and room without having to drive. We came down at the time advertised, dressed for our anniversary dinner to find the restaurant closed. I spoke with management and they did confirm that it was closed. I told them this was unacceptable. They eventually agreed to open it up for my wife and I and we had a very nice meal and overall wonderful celebration. I was very glad they accomodated us.

We waited in the lobby surrounded by all our belongings for over an hour past checkin. Hotel is dated. Not quite clean. Tried to have lunch in the restaurant Friday. Menu items were not available just overall poor experience.

The hotel looks outdated, with the paint peeling and very old chairs at the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was very average, not great. Charging $3 per small water bottle is outrageous. We were given 2 free water bottles but we were 3 guests. Price did not match the quality.

all the drawers in the room are super low, along with the toilet and the bathroom set up is weird with the handle to turn the shower on being on the other side of the door so you get wet turning on the shower to warm up no matter what. little things
