Knowing that we left the facilities impeccable, they do not return the room insurance payment. Terrible!

All of the doors to the outside of the building were not locked so of course anybody could come in and out. The next morning the elevator took us to the wrong floor where a transient had been sleeping on a couch in the small sitting area. We later saw him outside with his dog he had hiding in his jacket. There was a dead baby German cockroach in the bathroom. There was food in the freezer and the bed was super uncomfortable. It seems like people use this hotel as a home, and maybe a drug dwelling as well. We heard people carrying on allll night. We didn't get real sleep until it started to quiet down around seven am or so. In all, we slept horrible... And had a bad experience. We will definitely not return.

The only good thing to say for this hotel is that it is close enough to the airport to walk to.

Staff were very unfriendly. Room and building is very aged, dark and dank.

Location and price. Quick check in. Good directions.

Dirty look outside. Outdated decor. Pictures different than site. Rusty furnishings. Uncomfortable beds.

I and my friends live in Melburne. We booked the stay for 2 nights as the Inn was a more secure and safe place as Ian Hurricane was coming our way. My only problem was the toilets are really low.

The toilets are very low. i have weak knees, I've had 7 dislocations and when I sit and my knees are higher than my hips it is extreemly difficult. My friend who was in the room next room is 4'7 and I'm 5"4 and she had a problem with getting up from the toilet. She had a hip replacement a year ago. If there were a rail on the wall in front of the toilet it would have made it easier for both of us.
