Loved the price and the pool great hotel for the price!! Would stay again we had a wonderful stay!

The location

The filthy room, the lukewarm a/c air conditioning, the dirty sheets, dirty shower and tub. The wet toilet papers underneath pillows.

The bar staff

When I called to ask about my deposit I was put on hold for 10 mins and finally hung up after no one came back on the phone. Sent a message to the property and still haven’t heard back from them and still no deposit.

Near the freeway, nice view, comfortable bed, and no overnight car fee

The receptionist that checked me in took a long time to check me in and also allowed a man to cut before me and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Also they had someone with a crying baby for 3 days in the room right next to me

Heater not working very well

The location was good and the beds were comfortable.

The thermostat was broken, the room was excessively hot and could not be cooled down. It made the stay very uncomfortable.

Customer service was great…

When we got to our room, the coffee maker didn’t work, there were no coffe cups, and there was no shower curtain…. Got a different room and the heater was very noisy…

The price when I pre paid location.

First, upon entering the room, it was really warm and I had to have maintenance come in twice because they only keep it set on hot or cold. You do not have the option to change it yourself during your stay. You have to choose either hot or cold and if you want to turn it to either or you have to call maintenance wait 20 minutes for them to come to your room before they can change it. That is a huge inconvenience. When I had the room set on 60°, even though it’s cold outside because it was warm in the room it only feels like 75. So their AC units and heat definitely do not work properly. In addition, you can tell small little details about this hotel that it’s not upkept. One all the sanitizer machines are very dirty at the bottom and you can tell they are not wiped off. There are parts of the walls that you can tell are broken or missing paint or finger stains that they are not keeping up with. The elevator doors are extremely dirty. I know it’s hard to keep stainless steel clean, but there is a basic level of maintenance. You can also tell it’s an extremely old building. There are musty smells all throughout pockets of the hallways elevators and when you were walking. You will get a nice width of freshness, but then walk into a super musty disgusting smell. Also, the elevator is expired as of August 2023. It is almost 6 months overdue for its inspection that is clearly stated on the elevator wall. If you were looking for a hotel that has a basic standard of cleanliness and upkeep, this is not the hotel, for you will be greatly disappointed

Sobre 2 noches hicieron la limpieza del cuarto una vez solamente y el otro día no había toallas Cuando llame la recepción para reclamar las toallas no respondieron y tuvo que bajar La segunda noche había una colla para el ascensor muy larga, no funcionaron todos

We were visiting the Dallas from the UK. We ate an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel and both were excellent. The food was delicious and the staff engaging and helpful. The following day we had to get to Love field airport for a flight and Kiki on reception very kindly arranged a taxi, however despite her making follow up calls the taxi did not arrive. With the time for our flight approaching, Kiki took OUR problem and made it HER problem, displaying outstanding customer service. When her repeated calls to the taxi firm failed to solve the issue, she sought out a member of staff at the hotel to drive us to the airport. We arrived in time for our flight. We cannot thank Kiki enough, she is a credit to the hotel, to Dallas and to the US. Thank you again.

In order to make life easier for the reception staff, who are excellent, please make the refreshments shop self service. Too much of their valuable time is wasted by having to be 'shopkeepers' for minor purchases.

Good location to Love Field

AC in the room wasn’t very cool

It was ok but not my what I expected.

No tv and room had an odor I complained about it at the front desk and nothing was done. Was told someone would come check it out in 30 minutes to and hour but nobody came. Tv kept going to no signal no volume channels would come in/out. Just not satisfied.

Charged for breakfast $15 a person, also there were condoms left on top of mirror in the room..so awkward with my children! Mediocre cleaning job, wouldn’t stay here again!

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional/ my room smelled like smoke, It had no mini fridge!, the phone in the room didn’t work/the carpet had crumps all over the floor/ the entire hotel was using one elevator since the other three were out of order. Awful experience!! I immediately checked out of the hotel and asked for a refund.

The staff gave me a room number & when I opened the door it was already occupied! This was very disturbing I had all my children with me! My children was very traumatized! After I went and reported it I asked for a supervisor they stated the supervisor was available. The next morning I asked for a supervisor the staff stated the supervisor was not available! I left all my information for the supervisor to contact me. The supervisor still has not reached out! Very upsetting & unprofessional
