Soft bed and pillows

Our first room was missing the blinds, and the bathroom door looked like it had been forced open from the inside as it was damaged. The hallway carpets had a horrible smell. We were able to switch rooms because of the damage.We were told the room was in the process of being remodeled.

Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast.

Carpet in the hallways and room smelt like a locker room. Our room carpet was sticky as if it had suspicious fluids in it.

no pool, free shuttle was down. both were advertised on posting but there was no pool, just concrete and dirt (see picture).

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I was loud at night. The walls were thin and you could hear some kind of machine running at night.

everything! the walls are paper thin, heard neighbor cough all night, every step upstairs, doors slamming. party all night. rooms and hallways are banged up and falling apart.

The staff was lovely

Hotel needs attention. The carpets in need of cleaning.

The price was cheaper than other hotels closer to the downtown district.

The staff were unfriendly and rude.

Staff had a good attitude towards helping guests. Always replied looking at you and smiling. The room was cleaned daily, the breakfast was as expected, good enogh to get me trough lunch time.

The noise and low speed of elevator but not a major issue. Better than taking the stairs.

Convenient to Downtown...an older property and can do with some upgrades. Bathroom sink was clogged...did not report it, could deal with it for two nights. Was clean...

Rooms a little shabby and could use updating

The facility was dirty throughout. I refuse to stay there and left the same night. The hallway rugs were all stained. The room didn’t have any curtains. The was a broken shade that hung in half of the window. The towels looked dirty as if they were not washed. The bathroom tub was filthy the stopper was sitting on the top of the tub. The toilet seat was old and dingy. The breakfast area was also very dirty.

They need to improve the breakfast. That was terrible....no hot stuff just stinking waffles.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good.

The view from the hotel was disappointing. The pool was shared with another hotel. The breakfast was ok.
