Was clean room was nicely upgraded. When they finish the construction it will be very nice. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The only thing was Verizon has no reception in that area and the WiFi there is junk. Doesn’t stay connected and you have to connect through internet site. It’s slow and just not good at all. I literally couldn’t get on line. Being I was traveling for work that was a problem. Other wise the place is nice.

Room had been recently redone.

Hotel was under renovation and checking process was very strange and oddly located.

Construction disaster, no Wifi signal in the rooms, all ice machines down, dark and scarce parking. Nighttime receptionist very rude. Rooms filthy and leaking toilet and sink

Not too much, no one said it was under construction when I booked room. No ice machine, room service sucked bad. I won’t be bask, this was the second time and 2 years the hotel was under construction. Still looks the same nothing different that I seen. By wife getting away for her birthday was a terrible experience at this hotel. Never come back.

Way overpriced for what we received.

Comfortable beds and linens, convenient location, spacious room, front desk attendant at night (Cay) was very pleasant, plenty of hot water and good water pressure, TV had lots of options, WIFI was strong, provided ear plugs due to construction

- Since I was traveling with kids I intentionally booked a room where breakfast was included. Only received 2 breakfast passes even though reservation was for 4. Was told I would have to pay 12.99 each for the kids (10 and 6) to eat at the buffet because they wont authorize more than 2 passes for the room. It was barely a buffet with only eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, and toast. Upon checkin we were given a menu with other breakfast options we could order for room service but then, when I asked the next morning, we were told it wasn't an option due to the hotel being at capacity. I was then told that the breakfast that was included in my room price wouldn't cover room service anyway. - Indoor pool was not heated and the flooring around it was VERY slippery. Spotted a couple large cockroaches/water bugs down there. - There was only 1 ice machine for the whole hotel and it ran out of ice on the second night. - Furnishings in the room are very wobbly and falling apart. - The walls are pretty thin. Neighbors were blasting music at 130 am on one side and the ones on the other side were talking loud enough that we could hear them.
