Staff was friendly.

The size of the rooms. The last Hotel Indigo we stayed in was much larger in size compared to this Hotel Indigo. There was no hot tub and there was hair in our bathtub in our room. Lots of noise and people slamming doors at all hours of the night.

Hotel nasty . Bathrooms disgusting .. pool was yellow .. horriable customer service no towels no rags the worst experience ever . They charged my card for $250 now i have to dispute it with my card an oh yea dogs everywhere the smell is horrible in there the dogs kept barking while I was sleep .. the elevator was scary to get on an off remind me of a low budget myrtle beach trip 0/100

nearness to everything in Charleston and the food

the wait in line for breakfast took forever my tv didn’t work when we arrived

for the price, there was no complimentary breakfast. the small bowls of cereal you could buy was $3 each. also there was not a breakfast buffet offered, the only option was to dine in.

I have stayed before and liked it. The menu is a little more restricted than I remembered. The booking was difficult, so I booked the first nights through Booking.com, which was very expensive. The woman on the telephone tried to book me t another property, so I tried Booking.com.

We didn't stay for breakfast. We loved our rom and the beds were comfortable. Great pillows. We wanted to stay another night, but no rooms were available.

We just wished we could have stayed another night but the hotel was booked.

Clean and stylish! Awesome bar & restaurant.

The room air conditioner was noisy. I would have preferred to have been able to open the window for fresh air.

Good service by staff especially in dining area.

Room requested not available upon check in. Had to move to requested room the next day.
