The location of the property is excellent. Short drive across bridge to Charleston. The staff are over the top professional, always have a smile on their face. Busy lobby, no worries-staff know how to handle!

Very nice stay. Breakfast was good. Clean hotel. Beds were comfy, and the staff were very nice.

I only gave a 9 because the pool isn't a pool it's more like a jacuzzi at any other hotel. In a city with this high humidity, where travelers will want to find relief from the heat upon arrival; you need a larger pool. I stayed there because you had a pool only to be disappointed by the size. No one wants to take a dip when 5 people make it a crowd. Also, afternoon nap was interrupted by construction in the building, but it stopped pretty quickly. Repairs are sometimes unavoidable.

It’s a very decent hotel to stay. Free parking. Good breakfast. Clean. Pet friendly.

The room furniture had nasty stains on the upholstery. Looked like an orgy gone bad. no body would even sit on the sofa

No hand soap or hand lotion was provided. Throw away the bed throw pillow, it's beat up and used.

high cost for having a pet. pillows uncomfortable.. need thinner pillows

Not enough variety for me

Air conditioner was too noisy to allow us to fall sleep, even after repair. And, the refrigerator was linked with the light; when the light went off at night, the refrigerator went down as well. Strange preset!
