The location in the city center, and the breakfast food options

The Internet was not working well and the breakfast closes at 9:30, it is too early.

Nice amenities, clean room location was great - free parking. Decent view - small balcony to enjoy. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Hallway carpets could use a good cleaning, had to walk through the lobby to get to the pool area. Front desk staff were ok, but not overly friendly or helpful.

The facility was not up to par. The ceiling was peeling, and the outside patio looked disgusting. I requested a change of room immediately. The other room i got was just okay. The sheets had spots and what looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling. Don't get me started on the smell in the hallway or the dirty spots on the floor. Let's just say I was glad my stay was for one night.

Breakfast bar was good and delicious.

We were not able to pay with cash when it told us that we could pay when we arrived. Hubby was not happy with that.

Going in and out of the parking was a pain because we needed to get the ticket validated each day of our stay. It wasn't explained well and the machine wasn't working properly. We found the facility a kind of old and the air conditioning in the room was very loud consistently running. Inside the elevator was dark and the air was stagnant. We found a clump of hair stuck in a rolled up fresh towel.

Staff was friendly & accommodating allowing us early checkin AND late checkout when flight was delayed, nice complimentary breakfast with more choices than most, very comfortable beds, great location.

$25/day to park is a bit steep, elevators were dirty & smelly

Honestly we travel a lot and this was probably the worst experience of a hotel staff ever. Front desk was not welcoming and rude especially the lady of colour that as soon as we arrived was very disrespectful. We had no housekeeping for 3 days only a change of towels that we requested the 3rd day. A/C was very loud and was difficult to sleep, we asked from the front desk to take a look and they said we will. Nobody came to check it out. All that being said if you work in this industry you need to like working with people, smile and be professional.

Decor, location, and amenities are excellent for a trip.

No place for actual cooking. Breakfast in the morning is a madhouse. Too many people in an enclosed space. Last, employees don't exercise basic logic with checkins.
