bugs in the bathroom around refrigerator in bedroom and I had 2 rooms sheets not cleaned halls nasty

Location was great.

Quality of the rooms were awful. Got moved to 3 different rooms. One wouldn't open, one had a TV that did not work and the 3rd room did not have working heat and the stove could not be used. Not to mention no pots, pans, dishes, or any common kitchen necessities expected when booking an extended stay. Needed to cook for a NYE party and could not as I was only provided two pots. No cooking utensils or any other necessities were given. I'm also used to extended stays having all kitchen necessities in the room, NOT you having to request items from the front desk...who then tells you they don't have what you need. Shower was disgusting the entire stay was awful. I am requesting a full refund.

the roaches‼️and bathroom wasn’t as clean as I felt it should’ve been also you can cook in the room but can’t smoke in the room that doesn’t make sense🤷🏽‍♀️

Nothing. This is the worst extended stay I’ve ever been to. it’s awful I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here

I did not like anything about this motel. It’s infested with roaches, there is strange people asking for money, the attendant put breakfast away at 8:24 after telling me she left it out late.
