My stay was fine but I will never use booking.com ever again.I chose pay at the hotel when I booked the hotel.I was charged that day even before I got to the hotel.Then, I was charged 2x more.The hotel removed one of the 3 charges.I traveled to NY with my 2 grandchildren.As a result I could not pay at the other hotel until that I booked.The 3 charges put my card over the limit.I had more then enough on my card before I booked this hotel.It was at least a week before the 2 holds by booking.com came off. Therefore I had to limit my spending and it was more embarrassing to go into places and have my card declined several times.

Again, the hotel was fine but I would say to people don’t use it if you have to book through booking.com.Very incompetent people in billing and reservations.

The bed was comfortable.

Shuttle service to and from the airport, the size of the room, the comfortable bed and nice bed linens. The waitresses worked very hard to serve everyone during the evening dinner time.

No decaf coffee made available at breakfast. There was no one at the desk to handle check out in the 5 minutes before the 8:30am shuttle was due to depart.

The conveniency from and to airport. The shuttles picked us up and took us back to airport. Staff was very friendly.
