Marlene at the customer service desk was so nice. She started our stay there off excellant. She even came into the restaurant to say good-bye to us when she got off work. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Staff we encountered was very nice.
The free breakfast was terrible. Bacon was uncooked and staff said we couldn't cook it any further. I hate rubber like bacon. Pancakes are made from a machine. They are paper thin, not good. Pool had hairs and little bits of white styrafoam like stuff in it. Hotel really needs to work on these issues.

I lived in South Williamsport before moving to Harrisburg , PA. I never stayed here before so I decided to stay in a hotel instead of driving to my appointment at the Williamsport hospital. We were amazed !! So down when I have a doctor's appointment I will stay here, instead of driving in the morning. Thanks guys.

The location was great. So much to do within walking distance.
The elevator was not working which was not a huge problem but the stairs were not clearly directed. The breakfast was ok at best.

On the express side they went out of their way to get me a room with a tub. This was a necessity for me since I cannot stand in a shower due to a back injury that effects my balance. The room we were switched to was on the Inn side of the hotel. The desk clerk kept trying to say we were there for one night when I had paid for two. The express breakfast was awful the sausage didn't taste done and we left and went to Denny's. The next day we were given a coupon for the James restaurant which was great. The customer service on the holiday inn side leaves much to be desired.

Is was a very good stay overall, The staff was friendly.

Even though the elevator was broken the lady at the front desk was very accommodating. She looked and looked to get me a floor on a lower level so that I wouldn't have to walk to far up the stairs. This hotel is in a great location the rooms were clean and modern the beds are okay.
Parking not enough of it.
