Pillows are too old, and so are jacuzzi faucets. The fridge had no freezer, and we definitely needed it. Otherwise, everything else was very good. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great except what happened in next box.....

I paid for 1 room for 2 nights stay (room 218) and 1 room for a one night stay (room 216)through booking.com. Stay was 8/11 and 8/12. My credit card was charged twice for room 216 for the one night stay and there is still a $50 pending charge for the room. I called the number on the email I received asking about my stay and it was someone's personal phone number thaatbwent directly to voicemail. One payment went through booking.com on 8/11 and then Hampton Inns charged the same card on 8/12. I told the receptionist they were all paid, but I was double charged anyways. Very bad end to an otherwise great stay. First and last time staying with this hotel chain. I still don't know how to get the double charge fixed. Not Happy.
