The location was excellent close to my daughters colledge

The parking situation

nice location, grocery store less than 2 minutes away if you plan to cook there parking is across the street in a large garage, they do give you a card upon checking in that you’ll scan at the gate to get in/out for free Ms. Young at the front desk was very personable.

Great stay, I liked the morning breakfast choices, I do wish they had more gluten free options. Wednesday night reception was a nice surprise as well. It was a great stay for all.

there was heavy foot noise in the early morning hours and there was no shampoo and body wash in the washroom they were empty vessels which are in the kitchen were not cleaned properly they still have food marks

it was clean and the services was good

over all it was nice but finding a sex toy in my night stand draw left a question mark on me

the young employees at front desk ,made you feel ,like you were bothering them,when you came to ask them for something ,they were more interested in talking to each other,or about what was on their phone,the young lady's name was Kissi,didn't smile,till we were checking out,not sure what the young man's name was ,he was a little better than than Kissi. Ladies in reakfast room was pleasant.

it was a small room and some area in the bathroom was not clean. they did give me a reimbursement

Very nice and clean. Room was amazing. Also the gentleman at front desk named Jacob was 5 stars. very helpful very warming very knowledgeable just all around excellent asset to that hotel. please don't ever let him go. i will be coming back soon.
