The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

The cable kept shutting off, the toilet seat was about to fall off, only one outlet in the bathroom and it was way up high, and I couldn’t use it with my curling brush. and the sink plunger thing was broke.

The room is clean but a bit small. The check-in process was a bit slow, but we were given a room on the ground floor as requested. The staff were nice and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was quite decent and given the lobby with a few table set up for us to sit at.

I was excited to have quickly booked online the day of my stay

I was unhappy that when I arrived I was told I had to have a kennel to stay with my pet at the hotel. Due to that fact and because I didn't have a kennel I told the lady I check in I guess I couldn't stay. I asked if I was going to be charged for the stay and she stated "no". Frustratingly, the hotel charged me fo that night stay even though I didn't stay there due to their policy, as the lady at check in had explained it to me. I've not yet received a refund, which is very disappointing.

Awesome value. Great staff location and cleanliness , plus I slept like a log.

Breakfast could have had a few more choices such as packages of oat meal, scrambled eggs and bacon.

I ready was happy with our stay there and we’ll probably stay there again the next time we’re traveling to Casper.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The motel was right next to the interstate, but you didn't really hear any of the traffic noises.

The motel was on the edge of a sketchy part of town. It was located by a walking path but we were a little nervous to use it alone. But the motel has been there for a long time and the area just grew up around it.

There was nothing positive about the stay. I stayed one evening out of four booked. I was ejected over a confusing accusation that I was smoking in the room and forfeited a $200 deposit along with no receiving a single dollar for a refund. So I ended up paying $400 for one night. It is slum that needs to be torn down. They cater to drug addicts and low lives.

Very reasonable but don't forget to take alll your essentials like hair dryer etc. The staff very friendly

There were 2 things that bothered me the curtains they were ripped and worn really need to be replaced also the shower curtain had a large black grease type smudge on it.

Can’t get better at this price. definitely not the Ritz but had a great sleep. Rooms at the back are quieter. stayed in room 123 at back corner and it was super quiet. Plus a free continental breakfast. The receptionist had just moved from Florida (why?) and was very friendly. At this price quests we’re quite eclectic! Internet was fast. Recommended if you want to save some dollars!

Property is older and carpets and finishes reflect that. But bed was comfy and no smells.
