Parken und WiFi sehr gut, und kostenfrei. Zustand von Zimmer und Hotel: neu, und super gepflegt. Besonderer Dank geht an die Damen vom FrontDesk, und hierbei insbesondere an Cierra für ihre tolle Assistenz (Gäste-Laundry😉😎) und Empfehlungen zu Gastronomie und der Stadt.

Big quiet rooms

It took two Staff members 30 minutes to check me in. They could not even tell me what rate I was paying or if I had to switch rooms the next day or not. Very kind, but challenged

The location was close to restaurants and family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. A microwave in breakfast area would be nice. Eggs were good but cooked too long. Biscuits were real good. The Dove products in bathroom was best thing about room . The double horizontal blinds and lounge chair were nice too.

Construction was going. Nobody bothered to tell us prior to arriving . They had limited rooms available. Therefore we couldn"t get room on top floor. We were given a room on third floor. The first room door frame was crackef real bad on top. We didn't feel secure and bathroom tub had mold. We ended up turning that room key back in. We were then given a key for room 303. The bathtub chalking wasn't as bad as first room but it does need some new chaulk. The plate in microwave made a lot of noise. We checked out around 7am after eating breakfast. There was an insect crawling around on floor close to where we ate breakfast. I killed it and told the employee working front desk what I did and someone should leave it uo. She smiled at me! No one wants to see a bug especially anywhere near food! The 3rd floor carpet never looked vacuumed.

The room was very spacious.

I was told my room had a walk in shower and it Did both have it.
