Linda has excellent customer service skills Adam also used excellent customer service skills, especially when my room needed to be changed.

The first room, but Adam made things better and changed my room.

It was close to a lot of amenities. easy to find things. the staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

The pool is not functional. It’s not listed anywhere that it’s still broken.

The pillows were great! Room was clean.

The toilet in my room didn't work. I called the front desk... no answer. I called again. "We will try to find someone who knows about toilets." Asked again an hour later, housekeeping showed up. Hmmm housekeeping??? They determined that the water was turned off but didn't know who did it or why. (Although i believe they thought i did.) I sure did find out why whoever did shut it off!!! The toilet runs, then shuts off for about 20 seconds, then runs again. Repeat unceasingly. And the running is sooooo LOUD!!!! Bubbling in the bowl. Not good. The POOL IS completely EMPTY & THEY are WAITING for a part. Why isn't that listed somewhere?!?!!!!! It was open when i booked it according to reviews the day before! Other families were disappointed also. Breakfast, yuck. Were those sausage patties or hashbrowns? I didn't chance it to find out. They aren't replacing items that are broken. Out of supplies. Replaced napkins with paper towels. Cranberry juice. They did replace the Belgin waffle maker; however, the mini waffle maker was a far cry from the deluxe maker Hampton Inns usually have. Hot water for tea was NOT hot, & was barely warm enough to brew a cup of pale tea. Parking lot needed salt badly. My athletic son fell twice!!! Thankfully, I didn't! I am very VERY disappointed. I will find somewhere else to stay next visit. Several light bulbs out in my room. And it was either swealtering or freezing!

Door to room didn't close all the way, had to shimmy it closed, so unsafe. No pool, no ice machine. No vending machines.

First room had dried blood on the comforter. Second room had a fist hole in the closet door. Did not stay. Don't stay at the Hampton Inn in Battle Creek, not clean or safe.

I like the great hospitality that the staff had. The bed was so comfortable.

when I walked in the front door there was a strong order of marijuana checked in got to my room the door would not close with out picking up on it went down talked with a clerk he was helpful and put me in another room 2nd room was clean but had a musty order and air conditioner was very loud at 11:10 the next morning front desk called and was very rude!!! i realize check out time is 11 and we we’re running behind but that’s not an excuse to be so rude

Stayed for a concert at the Firekeepers Casino and casino rooms were sold out. Location was close to casino and had many restaurant options nearby.

Very run down and not as clean as I would've liked. Could hear the highway noise from our room and was so loud we had to run a fan all night to block out the noise. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years and this was probably the worst one I have ever stayed at. Not up to usual Hilton standards in my opinion.
