1) I booked a handicap accessible room. We were put in room 312 on the third floor, and there were no elevators. 2) No blankets. 3) Pillows were like flat tires. 4) There was less than a 1/4 roll of toilet paper, and when we asked for a roll we were told to come to the desk to get it. 5) A sizable portion of the ceiling had been replaced with drywall and taped, but had not been primed or painted yet. 6) The same with a drywall patch behind the entry door, only it had been shattered again because they hadn't installed a door stop yet. 7) No breakfast available - at least we were not made aware of it if there was one. 8) No soap. 9) Even though I booked a room for two guests, there was just one wash cloth and one towel.

The place had no meals only one washer. Dryer. Bed was out of date no accommodations. Take it off of Booking.com By the way it suck water leaking from the other floor into the bathroom did not clean up room only change towels that were grayshid looking but suppose to be white never will go their again

One staff member was nice the rest were not very friendly and acted as if you were bothering them if you had a question or needed help. A/C wasn’t working well so we had to take the filters out to clean them, they were so plugged no air was getting through.

unfriendly staff, wasn’t enough towels for everyone in the room. A/C didn’t work properly and when entering the room it smelled very musty. Rooms were kinda small. Rooms with joining doors don’t keep sound or conversations out. Could hear the TV all night in the next room.

I showed up to check into this property and was told I did not have a reservation however I was looking at my confirmation and showing it to the women at the counter. After 30 minutes and speaking with a 3rd person I was finally told that they did indeed have my reservation but had mistakenly book for the day prior. I asked if there was anything they could do for me as it was an honest mistake. It would be nice to get a courtesy call before charging a card and canceling the remainder of somesones stay. I was booked for 2 nights. They charged me for the missed night and wouldn't rebook a new reservation for me. They were rude and very unprofessional at one point they sent a teenage girl to talk to me.

Clean comfortable room. Friendly and helpful at check-in. Good value . Convenient location. Would stay here again. No hesitation.

No shelf in shower and the tub was slippery.

Location and value

The bed sheets and towels were dirty and I had to ask for a new set of sheets. I just used my own towel I brought. The TV remote didn’t work to change channels so I had to have management come in my room and reprogram the remote and TV (she had to leave and come back 3 times). Also, it’s very unsafe to stay there. I asked management do they lock the front and back doors and she said they don’t lock at night even though the signs on the door say they lock between 11p-7am. Management said they keep unlocked for a few regular guests who are disabled but doesn’t make sense since they have a system at the door that reads the key cards or they should lock anyway at sleeping hours they list.

location was easy to find and not too far from areas of our activities

smelly, dark and dingy hallway. Had to ask for supplies. Also, we had to go down several stairs to get to our room, all rooms were either up some stairs or down some stairs. No continental breakfast. All other locations we have booked through booking.com have had something.
