Room size. Newer updated rooms

No adjoining rooms no balcony like with previous courtyard stays. Pull out bed is a twin size

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The walls were in various stages of repair, with mismatched paint, chipped paint, and overall dirty walls. The mattress had a huge amount of wear with extremely uneven wear pattern. Most uncomfortable. Had to have the staff come reconnect the tv. Overall very disappointing. Not worth the money. Will not stay there again.

The rate was ridiculously high. The only reason I stayed there and paid almost $300 a night including tax was because last year we had an amazing room. The rate East year was almost half of What we paid Thai year but they jacked up their prices for a cheer competition and some other competitions going on that weekend. I called the hotel to make Sure we’d be getting the same type of room as last time since I booked the exact same type of Room. I was only willing to stay and pay that price if k got that same type Of Room. The Fri t desk clerk could not answer me. She said she had no clue what the square footage of The rooms were and to call back during the day when a maintenance worker was there so he could measure. Very annoying. Well I did call back yet no one could help me. I think messaged the hotel through booking.com about my question stating I would only stay if I knew what my room would be like and NEVER got an answer. I should have just cancelled my reservation since the staff was unhelpful and sure enough when we got to the hotel it was not the same room. It was a standard room for $300. I’d be happy with the room if it was $150 or so because that’s about what rooms like that go for. I will never ever stay there again. The stage did not help answer my question and I would have saved myself $150 if I had stayed at another hotel that had the same type of Room for a much lower rate.

Couldn’t find reservation when arrived because booking.com had the name wrong. Got it figured out, all good.

staff was friendly and location was welcoming.

Beautiful building interior & exterior, stylish lounge & bar area. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed & loveseat. Really appreciate the grab bars in the shower.

Description includes a microwave & mini fridge in the room, however there’s never a microwave in the room. Not sure why?
