Breakfast was very good. There was a decent selection of items to choose from. The area for breakfast was the most clean portion of the hotel. There seemed to be new carpet, so it smelled clean...

Our room was muggy, we had our AC on constant fan and it never cooled down completely or was not damp. We all woke up with sore throats and stuffy noses. There was black mold in the bathroom. Paint was chipping off the walls. There was an incessant beeping noise coming from one side of the bed, the source could not be located. When we arrived back from our event there was dust all over the couch from the AC turning on and ducts not clean. The pool area was equally as poor of quality as the room. There was a sign posted in the elevator from April 22nd with a final extension notice of the elevator inspection, it cited 60 days. My travel was the 28-30...thus, it is beyond its inspection time. The owners, or family who operate the facility also reside there. You could only enter the building one way as they had the side door locked, even with a key. You could see their room was loaded with people and supplies, and they would often stand at the end of the hall looking outside. Just kind of uncomfortable. Would not stay again. I tried to message booking.com for some assistance but did not hear back. Toughed it out, but overall, unhappy.

I canceled my booking since I find the place dodgy. the room that I booked ha SOMEONE’S bag on it that’s why I canceled. I’m not sure if somebody was using that room before me. I think that’s a valid reason to cancel Cause I don’t feel safe. But they refused to refund and offered another room! The issue is I don’t feel safe to the whole place itself. I try to call booking g but they couldn’t help about it as the property STRONGLY REFUSED TO REFUND

The location was excellent. Not far from the airport. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The shower wasn’t too good. Only ice machine was on the first floor and we were on the 2nd floor. My card key wouldn’t work, so everyday I had to go back to the counter to get it reactivated. Elevator smelled of mildew as well.

Great kitchen. Terrific breakfast. Nice pool and weight room.

Room temperature was difficult to control evenly. It would be good to have a small dinner/kitchen table for eating home-cooked meals.

The location was exceptional, but what I really liked was how warm the people and the hotel are. Also, their breakfast was delicious. The staff pays a lot of attention to the guests, and always asked if I needed anything. The hotel atmosphere is comfy since it is a smaller hotel, but it has everything you might need.

The carpet on the room had big stains, but everything else was clean.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Windows could open for fresh air. The room itself was quite spacious. Lots of outlets and USB ports. Breakfast was included but I didn't partake. I was very tired and preferred to sleep in. Noon check-out is great. (Most hotels have 11am check-out.) I was initially given a room on the ground floor but asked for a room on another floor. Staff was not difficult about making the change.

Staff does not respond to messages sent via Booking.com. You must call ahead if you need pick-up from airport. Pick-up from the airport must be arranged by phone call but there are no directions about where and when you will be picked up. The van used for pick-up seemed too have only one working set belt. Staff is friendly but incompetent. There is no signage in the hotel, e.g. elevator, vending/ice machines. AC was very noisy.
