We were in the ground floor unit, it was peaceful. Great breakfast option! Good location close to the train if your not driving. Friendly staff and clean common areas. Room is well kept. Will definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was fine, hot food included. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was, it was a little noisy. But mostly it was great!

My bed was slanted. There was an awful smell in the room. I ended up checking out early cause I was told I could be moved from rooms

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a little lacking wish there was more variety. Free internet was fairly speedy and did the job as I had a long meeting.

The pool was closed, breakfast wasn’t fully stocked. Had to be the first ones up to get any breakfast. Went down at 9 and everything was gone. Asked if they were going to restock, they brought minimal out.

The staff is wonderful - kind, polite, hardworking, responsive. The work out center was nice.

The beds were saggy and uncomfortable, the breakfast is not very good, The pool was closed which was disappointing for our little grandchild.

The evening staff was courteous.

The morning front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. My car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. I saw my car window had been smashed, with glass all over my things inside my car. I attempted to simply inform the staff at the front desk, but was abruptly cut off as they told me it was not the responsibility of the hotel, and that I, not the hotel, should call the police. No apologies, no questions about how I was or what they could do to help, not a single shed of concern for their guest. I attempted a second time at speaking, but was cut off again. I asked if I could finish what I was saying, and I received a very dramatic eye rolling display. This same staff member then told a manager that I had said she was rude. Never have I experienced such blatant disdain from hotel staff as a guest, let alone as a guest whose property was damaged on their site.

AThe hotel is new and iuclean. The staff is very nice and friendly, really trying their best. Alla is fantastic, warm and kind, she shows real interest in making guests feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great location for our stay. Didn't spend much time in the room but the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was inedible. The biscuits could not even be broken apart they were so rubbery and the eggs were overcooked.

They changed our room from 2 queen beds to a 1 King room and expected 4 people to sleep on this bed. Said they gave us a discount but ended trying to charge more.

For us it was a great location, because we could catch rapid transit right out the door. Everything was good: room, meals, staff.

The Free breakfast was great and the room was nice.

The vanity area was too dark. I couldn't plug in my phone next to the bed.
