The rooms were clean and comfortable

The first night there was an under staff issue. But the manager onsite was amazing

Shower was moldy

The staff service was exemplary. Immediately addressed missing items. The unit was perfect for 5 of us.

We had to call the front desk several times for missing items. Bath soaps, blankets, tv controllers, chair.

The location was great, close to restaurants, grocery stores, quiet area. The Hyatt house floor plans are great. The service and kindness of the kitchen , breakfast area employees we're great.

The property haven't been well maintained, lack of maintenance, the pool was dirty, problems of maintenance in the toilet 🚽 and in the shower, the shower was clog with hair and the toilet sit miss a bolt and nut it was loose they never came to fix it , we contact the property management by email never reply the email.The property didn't have the air conditioner working on the hallway, smell of growing mold because of that, I got upper respiratory sickness and have to start allergies medication.The employees at the customer service counter, not friendly or help at all except the one that check me out overnight.

Location and price, breakfast decent - help nice

The room had many wear and tear issued which included standing water in the dishwasher and the dishwasher door would not shut - causing the room to smell, Staff was told but nothing was done. One could tell it had been this way for quite awhile. One of the hanging lights was broken and was attached only by electric wires. Rips in carpet, needs paint, furniture had wear spots, shower pan would not drain. Whole room needs some love
